Pros
- But for my self I also like the advanced features to get the most out of this great plugin. I feel my website is already way more secure just with the free features.
- Integration into our WordPress site was easy and seamless. It starts working right away.
Cons
- The quick scan can be a bit confusing or offer limited features. Some settings may be a bit confusing to new users if you aren't very tech savy.
- The scan takes a long time to complete this is not a negative but can be a bit frustrating when one is busy.
Pros
- The SOC team is very helpful and always willing to work with me and teach me what I do not know.
- Its very effective and reliable, works really well.
Cons
- The fact that S1 does not automatically update, like EVERY OTHER AV PRODUCT IN THE WORLD, is ridiculous. That means that we have to MANUALLY update S1 if/when we get a notification from SOC.
- At this time the only negative is the SOC is not fully in the USA. For us the compliance part we need to have the SOC monitored from within the USA and all employees of the SOC need to be US citizens.
