  • Pros

  • Easy to use so I can delegate lower level staff to do all my scanning of receipts for review.
  • Easy to use and teach clients. Integrates smoothly with the other I use.
  • Cons

  • Very often the correct name on the invoice is not correct, even though typed and not handwritten. A lot of times i have to contact the chat line as the system seems to stop running.
  • This results in invoices getting stuck until the service is refreshed, however as long as it's used constantly this can be avoided.

  • The ease of setting things up once you get the hang of how it works.
  • The software is very easy to use. But if you have ever have an issue beyond your capability the support team is very helpful and get any problems fixed.
  • Cons

  • Its not cut and dry when there is an error, you have to research a bit to find it and figure out how to fix it.
  • It is tough to get to do what I need - I don't change it often, so it is set and run.
