Easy to set up, customer service efficient and very useful software for the price.

Very often the correct name  on the invoice is not correct, even though typed and not handwritten. A lot of times i have to contact the chat line as the system seems to stop running.

This results in invoices getting stuck until the service is refreshed, however as long as it's used constantly this can be avoided.

Slight wrinkle in system when we tried to import a bank statement last week, but no other negative feedback so far.

Easy to use so I can delegate lower level staff to do all my scanning of receipts for review.

Very easy to use, and as anything when starting out you may have questions. The customer service team is very good and answered any questions I had very quickly.

The functionality of the app is very limited - there is no editing or leaving notes, it is simply view and publish.

One of the best features is viewing the invoice directly on sage using the onedrive link. Before this, we had to search the supplier repository on the server.

Occasionally a little slow in the browser when editing where to allocate/post an invoice which can be frustrating.

The software is very easy to use. But if you have ever have an issue beyond your capability the support team is very helpful and get any problems fixed.

Its not cut and dry when there is an error, you have to research a bit to find it and figure out how to fix it.

It is tough to get to do what I need - I don't change it often, so it is set and run.

Parsey is a great software for communicating between other programs. Whenever I have questions about getting something to work, their support team is responsive and helps me troubleshoot.

Tight integration with Infusionsoft and Docusign. And, the support is great.

PARSEY is easy to use and has GREAT SUPPORT if it's ever not easy.

The first time I used it, it was slightly confusing to figure out how/where to start.
