I'm a user, and we use to keep track of campaigns for clients. It's very easy to use, and Google Sheets is know by everybody and their dog.

This is a necessary tool if you have an agency or even for your own business. Nowadays it's necessary to use different channels to advertise your business, and it's hard to keep track. KPIBees make it easy!

Some integrations need some additional work, but, they are always adding channels and improving the ones they have.

Managing queries is far easier compared to other products. I really like being able to give the queries Names as it makes it much easier to reference them when editing.

It would be useful to bulk delete queries, as well as have plans that allow for far more queries per month. And I'd really like to be able to access Google Local Services Ads data as well.

I am using KPI Bees for weekly and monthly reporting and their Google Analytics and Google Ads integrations are loading fast and without errors.

I have been using it for about 3 months and what I really like is fast loading, and cool functions called duplicate queries. It saved me a lot of time to set it up!

I don't have any complaints. Can barely wait for those new pending integrations like Google My Business.

Overall, it has been a good experience with KPI Bees, the small inconvenience of signing in and out of google accounts is easily surpassed by the time and effort saved in processing and extracting data.

Before I found out about KPI Bees, I was spending a good 4 - 8 hours transferring and configuring data from various sources in order to determine the progress of my websites. Fast forward to today and KPI Bees is saving me anywhere between half a day to a full day a week of compiling the same data - just on automation. It is such a relief! Now I can spend time focusing on interpreting the data, rather than processing it. I'd also like to mention I am a complete novice when it comes to extracting information etc, so with KPI Bees easy interface and instructions, it was a cinch to set up!

There were a few bumps along the way, and I did encounter some issues connecting the software to my profile. But this was easily overcome with a quick email to the support team who promptly resolved my issue. The one con that I would like to highlight is that you can only be signed into one google account at a time in order to use KPI Bees. This is an issue for me as at any one time, I can be signed into 10 different google accounts - especially when I am hustling and working for many different clients in different industries at the one time. Other than that, I would highly recommend KPI Bees.

My experience is pretty good, it solves the main problem I had when I deployed it and customer support is very good.

I like that I can integrate my database to my Google Sheets and I can customize the data by inserting the SQL query itself in the complement.

Some funcionalities do not work as great as PostgreSQL.

It could be more efficient to have ability to create a csv / xlsx file (automatically) and send it through email / slack channel Instead of filling data in google sheet

I like that I was able to talk to a real person when I need product support and that the user interface is so intuitive that my whole team can use it without much training.

It took a week or so to set up because we needed it for a specific function but they made sure we were all good to go before we purchased!

Their support is super responsive and figures out what issue you are having. So many other places take forever to get back to you and never get anything resolved. Very nicely integrated into Google Sheets.

Activation on Google Marketplace was easy but after that didn't seem super intuitive. Their support chat walked me right through it. Once setup seems to be working well.

I have just begun using kpibees It was very easy to import my data from Mongodb as they have all kinds of integrations It is very simple to use Automation functionalities are great too

It has not been too long using this, so I do not have a feature I don't like yet

Very easy to setup, support is fantastic, scheduling of data pulls along with multiple connections means I can get access to all my data from any platform at any time

If I had to nit-pick then Id say the ability to use information from the data pulled to make another request would be a great feature, which I understand is already on the roadmap.

Had a slight issue, which however was not caused by KPIBees. Looked in the help center but also contacted the customer service via chat. Within 10 minutes [SENSITIVE CONTENT] responded and tried to help me, resulting in a quick and easy call with him to explain him more detailed my issue. Excellent problem solving, it was very nice to talk to him and he could help me with the problem. Great experience, thanks for that!

You need a basic knowledge of SQL language to write queries (or at least someone who knows about it), after that it's just a click of a button to fetch your wanted/needed data from your database. Good amount of tools to connect with your database.

Nothing so far. Query Editor could be bigger or colorized, but not needed.

KPI Bees saves me time which makes me money and I have had an overall great experience with the tool

Im always looking a metrics and crunching numbers and KPI Bees has made my life much easier. I have all the data I need in one place. I can easily refresh it and manage my information with ease.

I had fields with a lot of caracteres, sometimes this is a problem, so, if can possible, my suggestion is: review this point (sometimes we need datas with more than usualy caracteres).

It's easy to set up and to maintain, compatible with a lot of sources including APIS and the customer service is quick to answer. It's really clear the way datas are automatticlayé presented. I saved a lot of time (and money) while creatings my Analitycs thanks to KPIBees since it does almost all I Needed and without efforts. Thanks !

It could have more intergrations with services like instagram and twitter (so that i can follow up my social network increaseds)

Really happy to have access to easy way of importing huge XML files to google sheets. Google Sheets have a function for that but with most product feeds there is too much data for sheets to process. KPIBees helps me go around that in an convenient matter

Great value for the functionality, key integrations with the martech we use, and once setup, super easy to re-run month to month for example saving so much time.

It's a newer tool so maybe a little rough around the edges and the UI could be improved but the guts of what you care about is solid.

Understanding the free version has some limitations, it would be nice to have a counter to see how many API call credits are remaining

There are too many connectors missing today to be able to do a 100% reporting process. I am thinking in particular of all the data from social networks.

The overall process to set up your account and start collecting data is very easy and straightforward.

Some data connector tools are very time consuming to set up and maintain. Not KPI Bees. The interface is straightforward and intuitive. And other than similar tools, there is a wide range of connectors available in one interface.

I started using it mainly for the Facebook data connector. The available data points for Facebook Ads are still quite limited.
