Stop wasting time collecting data from your inbox
So far I am saving a few hours of data entry each month. The more I use it the more time I am saving, and getting some things done that I never did before. Automating data collection is fantastic.
PROSit is simple to use and just works. The UI is very clean and makes setting up the parsing SOOO easy and fast.
CONSI don't have any real complaints so far. it works well, the price is good, and I can even read PDF files. It does exactly what I expected it to, which I cant say for so many products.

No more Data Entry
Parsio was incredibly easy to use and get started. I created a template and right away Parsio grabbed form information and saved it to a Google Sheet.
CONSI would like more field formatters so I can format phone numbers correctly. I would also like more post-processing control by allowing for more Python libraries.
Reason for choosing Parsio
Parsio was easier to use. Zapier can get complicated when trying to connect it to an email or setup a Zapier email. I like how Parsio just gave me an email address right away to use.

Unethical Pricing Practice
Webhooks are good, bcoz we can use it with any integration platforms like pabbly connect, make, zapier.
CONSThe [sensitive content hidden] had publicly said to include all the features in the LTD on appsumo. Now they are not giving new features to LTD users. Stay away from this, others also have complained about mailboxes stopped working and [sensitive content hidden] is asking to buy monthly plans. Basically they have kepy LTD users on different servers to save cost.

However, this review refers to a lifetime deal that we no longer offer, and will not be offering again in the future. We recently had a chat discussion with you. Our new AI-powered parser has significant infrastructure costs for us, and therefore, it cannot be offered for free to our valuable lifetime customers. As a small, bootstrapped startup, we simply cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars every month to provide this solution for free at this time. We are exploring cheaper solutions and will try to give access to our lifetime customers in the future. In the meantime, we can offer a paid add-on. Thank you.

Efficient Email Data Extraction with Parsio
Parsio offers a practical solution for automating email data extraction, which has undoubtedly improved our workflow. What I appreciate most about Parsio is its ability to accurately extract data from emails, signatures, and attachments, saving us from the tedium of manual data entry.
CONSWhile Parsio is undoubtedly valuable, there are areas where it could improve. The user interface, while functional, could be more user-friendly. It took our team some time to get fully acquainted with the platform, and simplifying the interface would enhance the user experience.

Excellent functionality combined with ease of use and more importantly, reliability.
The overall ease of use and short time it took to set everything up. Email data extraction has got better over the years but many prove to be too unreliable in a production environment.
CONSI can't name any at the time or writing this.
Reasons for switching to Parsio
I prefered to house everything under one roof given all our tests were successful.
