So far I am saving a few hours of data entry each month. The more I use it the more time I am saving, and getting some things done that I never did before. Automating data collection is fantastic.

it is simple to use and just works. The UI is very clean and makes setting up the parsing SOOO easy and fast.

Stay away from this, others also have complained about mailboxes stopped working and [sensitive content hidden] is asking to buy monthly plans. Basically they have kepy LTD users on different servers to save cost.

I found the user interface to be a bit outdated and could benefit from a more modern design. However, this did not significantly impact the overall functionality and performance of the tool.

I've been using a few email parser tools, but Parsio is one of the easiest to use right out of the box. The video documentation is also helpful.

I had to connect zapier to get my parsio data into slack. If this was direct, it would save a step, but not that big of a deal.

Very good. I started to create my first templates and parse data very fast. I recommend as first step create your email rules for forward your data to Parsio. After that create your template.

The ease of use of Parsio is great. I am not very technical, and this was extremely easy to use! I would highly recommend using their service. I have multiple businesses and am now looking to use Parsio in many ways to help improve my businesses.

The "mailbox" interface is very well designed and easy to use. Being able to upload documents via email is useful, the OCR works well, the methods for retrieving the parsed data also work really well. Finally, the customer support is fast and helpful.

Even though it works well, the OCR is not perfect, but you should not expect it to be. I tried a document with a very complex structure and it missed a few fields, but it was impressive enough as it was.

I love that we can grab pieces of emails and parse them to automate responses.

Haven't found any cons yet! The only thing I can think of is more videos to support other functionality and examples of use.

Using Parsio Free trial has helped me in Financial issues related to client extraction from bill. It works extremely fast for this repetitive tasks.

Parsio for bills data extraction presents great performance. The most striking benefit for me as Financial Accountant has been the incredible accuracy of the data extraction. It can identifies and extracts relevant information from various bill formats, which saves me a lot of time.

So far I have not found any drawback using Parsio in trial version since the volume of processed documents is not very high.
