IP Rotation and selection of IP types are very easy to set up and very powerful in practice.

Sometimes it's hard to interpret documentation examples and apply them in my own code.

It's my go-to scraping API I use for both personal and professional projects. It's just there, costs less than anything else, and it just works. It scrapes without a problem websites that fail on other scrapers. I work with JavaScript environments that are often limited in libraries, so the ScrapFly approach to API requests helps me a lot - I don't need to construct weird requests if I can't use the provided library. I just have one URL construction logic I reuse across all my projects. My only wish is a pay-to-go plan so I can recommend the service to even more clients who need to scrape less than thousands of pages a month and will be happier to pay a premium per request but still less than half of the cheapest plan. Overall, I highly recommend this for any scraping needs if you don't want to deal with headless browsers, captchas, proxies, etc.

It's the cheapest while not sacrificing quality. Works fast and easy to use API. API player and logs are good. Anti-Protection bypass is fully automatic, no need to redo the request.

Screenshots are the weakest part for me - they miss some parts of the website render. Anti-scraping protection could be a little smarter and try to find proxies that incur less cost per request. I manually select countries for proxies for some websites while automatic mode is happy to use proxies from countries that lead to all the anti-bot protections and the highest cost for the request.

Able to bypass datadome, fast and reliable. The API response ranges from 1 to 12 seconds and is pretty cheap. I have used a lot of similar services like ScrapingBee which is way slower and more expensive or Oxylabs which has a 10% failure rate for my use case.

The npm package is a mess, it has some Cheerio types that conflict with the ones you get when installing Cheerio manually.

Easy to setup, clear documentation, Webhooks, Scenarios, possibility to add js custom scripts in the scrapper.

The admin user interface could be better

- Sadly the cost (a bit more expensive than other scraping services). In the end you pay for the quality, but it's worth it :-)

The API and example python use case scripts were extremely helpful. Scrapfly allowed full usage for up to 1000 scrapes for build and testing purposes. Once convinced I was able to accomplish, the monthly subscription was reasonably priced.

Do not scrape the same data from the same settings using different api (like python response differs from the one in node)

The product is very easy to use (simply as few lines of codes) and works so far very reliably. Response times are very good and have not yet encountered any issues.

Some automatic contact extraction feature would be awesome, but other than that all fine.

Solid experience. Would prefer an api call limit to stop our programs from calling the api successfully once we reach the limit. Had an experience where a module was incorrectly configured and it was calling the api indefinitely causing a huge jump in overuse and a large bill at the end.

I specifically appreciate the ability to get past bot blockers and rerouted of Ips.

Limited abilities to access web pages that require Javascript to load certain data points. When a page is not loaded, the api returns a success in certain instances. Our program needs to run redundancies to handle pages that don't load properly.

I extract data using SCRAPFLY and the antibot system of the site I need to extract does not identify that it is a bot. Before scrapfly I couldn't do it

With the SDK it was easy to use python to setup and execute web scraping projects. It handled many of the problems I normally have with web page scraping automatically. Support was great in answering a few of the issues I had initially. I appreciated the free tier which let me get everything working first before paying for the next tier to get the actual data I needed.

For what I needed the product worked better than expected. I actually didn't encounter anything I didn't like, that is why I can safely recommend others to try it for their own project.

I have once needed support because items were failing at a high rate. I submitted a ticket and it was resolved within an hour of the start of the next business day.

The success rate overcoming anti-bot tech is fantastic.

The only things holding me back from larger use is my bootstrap budget.

My overall experience is awesome because, after the batch process run and everything tested out several times, we have a bullet proof batch running with Scrapfly

The best feature is the ASP (Anti Scraping Protection ) wit this is was able to retrieve all the data need to process the batch

There were some minor problems writing the code because the example on the website was not too clear but after understanding how it work, everything worked like a charm

The efficience about scraping pages, and the fact that can solve a captcha, this is very important, because without that you can´t access the data fo the page. Also the concurrent requests is awesome.

The documentation is not very friendly, there are not a lot of tutorials. You guys, should do more tutorials on YouTube

Their documentation is lacking. The python SDK has a lot of advanced features which have no user friendly documentation. The DX could be improved but it's still the best we've found in the market.

I needed to scrape real estate data from various websites quickly, since I was looking for recently sold houses to get an idea of how much to offer on a house I was interested in. I was able to get support from their team to get up and running in just a couple days, and got all the data I needed.

It worked out of the box. I simply adapted some example code for my use case and it worked.

There's nothing to complain about here. The software worked as advertised.

After hitting a dead end with a data extraction project using the usual out-of-the-box Python tools, Scrapy, etc, I turned to Scrapfly. Not only can the Scrapfly SDK execute Javascript, but it can also work around common anti-scraping measures. With Scrapfly I'm able to quickly and reliably extract the data I need.

There are no real cons. Understanding the Python SDK took a bit, but once I had it up and running, it worked very similarly to other Python data extraction libraries.

Scrapfly was easy to set up and offers an easy and comparably stable access to website data.

While the service is very likeable, the recent and quite substantial price increase came rather surprisingly.
