Easy to use and integrate well with Gmail during initial use.

I use a Mac and for now there is no desktop app for this yet, so I sign into the portal online to use it.

Overall great hands on customer service and product works very nicely.

This way, the readers/recipients also feel secure enough on what content they might be opening, and I believe that helps to build the trust.

The support team is very responsive, and are active on their facebook group and the chat on their website, and dont shy away jumping onto a video call to explain and help you set up their product.

I think this is first in the market. I am unsure if there is an alternative thou.

For example, they are building a feature where you can attach and send big files (1Gb+) directly from your email client while keeping the files protected.

Integration: It's quite easy to integrate with Google Mail and Outlook. You just need to authenticate those apps, and you are done.

The product is surprisingly easy to use. I feel very secure about having saved passwords on my computer, no need to mention that that saves me time daily and helps me with password that I rearly use.

With a zero trust solution, you can rest assured that your data is safe and secure. Sensitive mail protection is important and this product exactly does that.

I love how secure this software is not to mention it is hipaa certified. I feel safe sending confidential documents.

I am not usually great with technology, but this was straight forward and easy to understand. I felt that I always had support in case I had any questions as well.

No desktop app for file encryption on a Mac either.

The ease of implementation and the generous offer makes it a powerful tool. The team behind it did a great job and they offer great support.

Loved using this tool, hoping for many other functions like the self-destruction function.

The caveat is the lack of integration with Mac at this point. No native Mac email client integration.

I just love this software because it just works. Composing of secure emails, email encryption, sending encrypted emails to your intended recipients can all be done effortlessly.

The ease of adding Sealit to our email infrastructure and the ease of use is what we liked most.

If you need any help, the support is responsive and prompt. I also like the direction where the development is heading towards.

Sigma's pricing model is reasonable and very friendly to orgs where 80+% of the employees need live data access.

Jumping head first into the deep end having little experience with Sigma made it hard.

There have been some features identified by the team that we need for Enterprise-level software that were missing, many have been addressed though.

Sigma was very easy to setup, integrate, configure and use with our existing data stack. It was very easy to onboard end users and get them productive quickly.

Love the dataset -> spreadsheet -> dashboard usage model. Seamless integration with Snowflake.

We're starting to think of problems we can solve, but having disorganization in your company's data  doesn't make it easier.

It needs more features, specially  to migrate the worksheets to different environments, also it has a very limited number of functions.

Sometimes it is difficult to sift through the different dashboards - this could be an internal issue.

Some of the charts are nice for visuals and I can create high-level reports.

Awesome team behind the product, always responsive and helpful. They've taught me a lot not only about their tool but also about data analytics.

Joining tables seems to be not working very well for me.

It is good lightweight tools to understand data and stats about the data.

They also have quick and effective customer support.

I dislike the process in trying to to create reports. I have some development experience and I much prefer running searches with SQL - I find it much more intuitive than Sigma's interface.

I like being able to write massive views that I know I'm going to have to update often, and just like Snowflake / Sigma materialize them for me.

Love the simplicity of creating reoccurring reports and setting them up for automated delivery.

I love the secure cloud hosting, the ease of connecting to data sources, the fact that it queries the data directly, but most I like the grid based view of data that is always at hand.

The dashboard feature is not fully built out - many features seem to be missing. For example, I can't put percents on a pie chart.

Dashboards are a little quirky and limited on drill down capabilities; heat maps are missing; and other features expected in a BI tool; need more training options.

My biggest complaint is that it was often very slow.

However I look forward to data materialization features in the works which will eliminate this problem.

We previously had Looker as our BI tool and this is a HUGE improvement over that tool. Ease of use, clarity of features, flexibility of the system are all significantly improved.

Hard to replace data sources, no calculations on pivot tables.
