Ease of use  - our employees understood everything for quickly.

We started going into the office in person and being a start up, it's a limited space.

It also helps keep us safe via the wellness survey. We are so happy with the product and the service that we are looking to expand the amount of business we do with Eden.

As you can tell, I mainly have used it for these purposes but it has saved us time so far. Time is money so this is great.

Nothing that I can think of that is missing from software.

It is friendly and it helps me do my job with more ease. It saves me time and money.

The only thing that is missing right now are the features they didn't roll out yet. I can't wait to check out the desk reservation and room booking features once they launch.

My overall experience with Eden is really great because it is user-friendly and very easy to use. I think the reservation process is pretty straightforward and not at all time-consuming.

The simplicity of the platform and the design promotes efficiency for administrators and users alike.

I have loved working with their team - the most exciting thing about the tool is that they're constantly rolling out new features and keeping a very client-first approach in how they build.

My favorite tool is the Ticketing Tool — It helps streamline all of our teams’ requests in one place, and it integrates with Slack.

We also loved the capability to do health surveys, and to block users who hadn't submitted the health survey or proof of vaccine for NYC protocols.

When an issue has come up, the problem does not inhibit the function of the platform as a whole.

Amazing, would highly recommend and I do recommend this product to all my clients (many of whom oversee workplace/facilities of their offices).

It makes managing our space very easy, some great feature and eay to use.

Eden has great customer care. Their customer service reps treat you with respect and kindness at all times and are super knowledgeable about questions related to the platform or features.

It's been a great tool for us to handle managing an open desk concept at multiple offices around the country. The support team is also excellent, both very knowledgable and very responsive.

The system also integrated fantastic with our cloud (Jumpcloud) and our security system (kisi) to allow seamless entry.

The product is easy to use to book seating at the office.

It makes it easier to manage our office space, it is great for a big team that has hybrid work modes (WFH and Office). It's very easy to use and accurate.

Eden is very easy to use. The ability to integrate with slack has been extremely useful.

Its really easy to use and has been a great help with implementing simple processes for our employees to get answers especially confidential questions answered in a quick manner.

Eden is quite easy to use. The functionality to have recurring booking is easy to understand.

The printer and Ipad are constantly going off line at one of our locations. Not sure what the problem is with that feature.

I recommend that you invest in a sturdy and trustworthy swivel stand for your ipads - guests of all heights appreciate it.

We were looking for a low cost and innovative option to register our guests.

It can be costly as you go up, but what can i say, it's worth it. There is no a real con that i can complain about.

It does everything for you, not much to do but greet your customers when they arrive. We were able to save money by not having to rehire a receptionist to greet customers and visitors.

There are many other safety or security programs that take 24-48 hours to respond. Kiosk Multi language is a great success and we hope to see more languages, i.e. Vietnamese, etc.

It is easy to learn, use and train on the software. And I have used the Online Chat a couple times and had a swift response and solutions from all Customer Service Respresentatives.

Very Good basic checkin system. You don't need the bells and whistles for something like this and this product delivers.

Envoy visitors has helped make the front desk mess free. It's easier to identify which order is being picked up and ensure a better service and experience for our costumers.

Envoy has been a life saver and it's capabilities  are allowing us to now turn of front Lobby into a No-Host  Lobby and saving our company a lot of money.

Easy to use and really friendly with the operator, keeping a track on visitors is really easy and important because the Company Security Policies.

The UI is user friendly and the palette of add-ons is amazing. Everything we wanted to achieve, we did with the help of Envoy Visitors.

Filtering it seems a little difficult for options. In our case we have two blocks for groups Am & PM.

This product is very easy to integrate to an organization; the active directory synchronization keeps employee list accurate and is easy to set up.

Simple, intuitive and flexible registration and visit management - great integration capability with our Azure AD as well as our MSTeams and email.

Is very easy to use, very intuitive and with good help material.

Unable to deploy sign-in flows across the company and having to individually make everyone up. The duplicate/copy feature is limited.
