10 out of 10 on a scale of 1 to 5. It is off the charts
PROSI like that I can embed it onto my website for customers to sign before coming in

One of the easier to use options
I am happy with how I set up our documents, but we had a low usage rate on it once it was sent to clients. We really need to be able to send to several people and they can decide who signs it, vs us picking one recipient who may not be the signer and then the Jotform Sign goes ignored.
PROSI struggled with implementing a document management/signature system, and Jotform Sign was the most user-friendly. It may have helped that we were already a Jotform user so I was familiar with the site and it connected with other forms in our account.
CONSEven though this was the most user-friendly, it was not without struggles. If we had someone to help roll it out or even get us started with one form, it would have helped ensure success for future use. I don't have time to watch a handful of videos, so it was a long process.

Great Way of Support
I have spent a good amount of time together with my team to set-up the forms. We have saved a lot in cost and time by using this service and it's quite hassle free once it has been properly set-up. Sometimes it becomes challenging to deal with little boxes while moving them to fit in a suitable place. Overall a great service, Electronic and digital signature features are making it marvellous.
PROSJotform Sign has an incredible importance in my eyes. This feature automates our workflow and forms can be signed anywhere and at anytime which makes the process much quicker than usual.

Easy, helpful, organized, and practical.
PROSThe forms look professional and the recipient can easily read them. Also, submitting pictures and writing on them descriptions is a great tool. Also, the phone app is great.
CONSThe limitation of signatures for the basic package

Best Form/Sign Builder Available in Market
Overall very good experience, when they launched it first I was it can't be very helpful. but it is a great tool when you get it with form builder. It makes everything under single tool and easy to manage.

Easy and straightforward
I love the kiosk mode it make it easy for my clients to read and sign consent forms at consultation
CONSI dont have any complaints i think sometimes the signature doesnt completly go through and i habe to habe client redo signature.

Makes life simple
Really happy as it makes my life easy when running my business.
PROSI require my clients to read, acknowledge and sign a contract once a deposit has been paid, as I need to protect myself and the client. Jotform allows me to customise my contract how I need it. I love getting the notifications once a form is completed. The best part is having the mobile app, so i have all of my contracts to hand.
CONSIt looks a little tacky to the consumer, so something more professionally displayed would be better.

Excellent for forms and automations
Easy to usen and customise, looks professional. Had to use customer support yesterday and the response was almost immediate! Would highly recommend.
PROSI'm using the free 5 forms so absolutely brilliant.
CONSI don't need enough forms to go into the paid options and although the cost is resnable it's not low enough for me to go into a paid option for what I need it for.

CONSI wish there was a small tutorial when you first sign up with Jotform - where it walks you through the features. That may have changed since I first signed up.

The easy of use, the ability to run multiple forms at the same time and to send to different customers. Everything is documented and records are kept.

I LOVE JOTFORM! It is a life saver for my small business.
It's so easy to use, even more easy to send and it's a great tool for me to organize the signed documents that I need for my business to run effectively.
CONSIt's honestly really great - I think I just wish I could customize certain parts of a document that I upload but then want to change something instead of having to build another document.
