As an Instructional Designer,CI-HUB saves my time and effort on switching between various digital assets services providers applications to search, find, and use a specific picture.

It was great to integrated an a lot of teams are testing to check what the possibilities for example finding resources for promotions or other type of projects.

Their disadvantage is their marketing, which is really low, as anyone can see.

It is nice becuase of no need of taking from ohter software.

The customization of the hub is great and being able to share links to specific assets and keeping other assets hidden really keeps things clean and smooth in our business.

Once packaged and uploaded the process seems to be hit and miss when it comes to updating or revising.

I liked the easy integration it had with my Adobe Stock. It streamlined my work alot.

The most helpful part of CI HUB besides its ease of use with integrations is the user-friendliness plugins.

It's hard to understand when you first use the software, without previous knowledge.

Sometimes little bit slow & linking problem while opening the file.

I like that it integrates with Adobe Creative applications.

The ability to process packaged files on a click is fantastic.

It was actually easy to use. I didn't expect that I would be able to use directly without learning it.

There is something to be said for ease of use. It's fairly intuitive, even for less technical members on my team.

It can take longer for the bigger files, which is understandable. We can't just add assets to it on a whim, which is more of a company complaint than a hub complaint.

Integration with CI HUB has made it all easy and the work management is very smooth and fairly reliable. It's easy to understand and easy to use.

It allows users to search, select, and insert their digital assets directly into many applications they might be working on, like PowerPoint.

It was a little difficult to integrate this at work with our current system.

The thing I like the most about CI HUB is the ability to use boolean operators to refine search results and to use keywords as filters.

First of all the Integration with all the application like WordPress, Figma, Photoshop that our industry is using. Second of all we using the features search to quickly find all images or text.

The experience of actually using CI Hub is really annoying however.

I liked how easy it was to use this software And navigate between pages.

Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.
