Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

And in case I need something which needs programing knowledge to implement a code, I contact PageClouds customer service and they are super helpful with instructing you they way you have to do it.

You have the ability to build a site that does not look like a template. You can start from a blank page, which is what makes this great.

Tiny bugs here and there (Hard time dragging objects occasionally). But nothing major at all.

Ease of use and the support team are awesome. I have been with them from the beginning, the product just continues to get better and the features they keep adding are awesome.

The lack of third-party applications and integrations made it difficult to create fully featured pages without excessive coding.

User friendly platform, no coding needed (but possible if you need), best customer service ever, replies usually within hours, very reasonable price for what you get.

If one thing is messed up, it can carry forward to the other pages within the site, and can take a LOT of time to fix one small error.

And the site looks a lot better too. I also like how easy it is to integrate other apps, like Jotforms and Paypal buttons.

I like the fluidity of the platform and the ease in changing elements within a site.

Page cloud is definitely the best most customizable and super easy to update content. I have reccomended it to my sister and other friends.

Overall, I have had a positive experience with PageCloud. I hope they stay in business for many years to come.
