I like the ability to fill out forms very fast out in the field.

Ease of data entry, visualization of the data that is collected, ability to generate reports on the fly.

Perfect for small organizations in need of a versatile and cost effective GIS platform.

Students feel empowered when they generate data. It's amazing to watch them go from consumer of spatial data to creators.

The best thing that I have found is the ease of uploading and downloading data.

Great product from beginner till now i am expert. A good API & data events make this product very effective , this product is a complete package.

If you want to move up a level the help, not and customer service are fantastic. Obtaining help is so simple and quick and developing it from a simple firm to a database is step by step.

Saved time with onsite data collection and recording. We are still learning how best to use the application for our specific needs.

The addition of the barcode integration and easy access a few years ago was immensely helpful.

No pivot table such as bar chart to categories the data.

The follow up and support team were proactive in reaching out to me and were helpful in answering all my questions very quickly and effectively.

Very good and time saving experience. One must take care to be ready with all possible apps to be used once out in the field.

So far I have tested the software for 6 months and have had no major issues with its cappabilities.

Ability to Integrate into our own systems through an API is a necessity in my business and this tool facilitates this need.

We would be unable to tackle another catastrophic fire season like the last one, using FULCRUM,  without Polygon / Linear features being added.

I dislike that you can only attach one picture at a time to some things.

Understanding of our business and workflow is difficult, so it made use a little difficult. The only item of contention right now is lack of access to the report writer.

Fulcrum is great, and it has saved us time and money. I wouldn't enjoy my job near as much without it.

I don't like that when the program syncs it has to sync all apps even if I don't use them.

This was just the sort of product I was looking for--inexpensive, adaptable to anything your want to tie to a property or location and web-based.

As i am limited in what software i have access to it has been difficult to add background map data so that something is displayed when the mobile device has no coverage.

The inability to create our own reports (which is being looked at now though).

It has been pretty good. Like I stated it had been a big time saver for us and makes us more efficient in our services.

Good but we had move to another method due to cost and implementation.

Fulcrum is perfectly situation for teaching, learning, and research. It is intuitive for students (and faculty) to setup and use.

Does not easily integrate with some shows' scanning systems.

I love that we can now integrate with our Marketing Automation  and CRM systems.

It's real-time, secure and allows for immediate follow-up to attendees who just visited your trade show booth. Business card transcription service is available as well.

I like gaining insights and analyzing trends. I also like seeing the quality of the leads hour-by-hour.

It was nice to have one software that we could use across all shows and know that our teams could be aligned to one instance.

Overall very disappointing. Might be useful for baby startups.

The only area I struggled a bit with was the photo management system and the struggle was more user created than a software flaw.

ICapture has saved us money and added functionality.

It is very efficient and has saved us money (vs rental of lead retrieval units at events we attend).

In addition, we have successfully integrated iCapture with Eloqua, which we also have integrated with our CRM so leads are automatically added to our system.

We really like the ease of the import and export of data. It works seemlessly with our ssytems a great feature to have.

It offers a great range of options to choose and connect what is suitable for you, download, transfer and monitor files from an external device such as card reader, phone, camera and iPad.

It's been a low maintenance relationship with iCapture and they're really easy for my team to work with and have been incredibly flexible in helping us meeting various needs from time to time.

Great for large amount of leads, say conventions or meet and greets. Great follow through system.

Our team loves that iCapture is integrated with Marketo and the ease of use it was sold us on the product. Customer Service has been excellent.
