M very happy with dotloop  overall. I wish it were a little more user friendly for cellphones but other than that it works great.

You can appreciate the ease and simplicity of the software.

Dotloop is so much cleaner in terms of appearance- more modern, super easy to use and overall fantastic.

Dotloop has been the best transactional desk software that I have used in my real estate career. The integrations between sales documents, e-signings, company files, and contacts is top notch.

Overall its a great tool to use, it has help me keep my work organized and found a good flow of tasks.

I like the cost - so much cheaper than the software we were using.

Its user-friendly interface, electronic signature capabilities, and integration with industry tools make it a valuable asset for agents and brokers.

You can adjust the specific order of your documents so that the most important ones are at the very top. Clients find it easy to use, they can electronically sign documents right from their phone.

My only complaint is they are no longer working with Keller Williams after this month. I'm going to miss having access to it and have even considered paying for it personally.

Everyone in my company is leaving DotLoop because of the conflict of interest and the way Zillow has stabbed us in the back as agents.

The software is friendly, easy to use, saves  time and money.

I love the things you can customize. I love that you don't let me delete things.

The only bad experience, or what I would suggest looking into, is how a couple has to use two different emails.

The customer service is amazing and when our company first got started on it they were there helping every agent quickly.

Dotloop takes the worry out of getting documents signed.

It is pretty easy to learn and ultimately to use. Very responsive customer support as well.

I feel that dotloop is a very user friendly interface and good for any new agent to conduct paperless real estate transactions.

Saving features can be confusing. Adding additional signatures can be confusing.

Terrible service getting help, induced into terms and conditions that were dead links, overbilled.

The versatility, I can use it from my laptop, tablet or phone and its user friendly and its great when you need to integrate everyone in the deal. Love and recommend it to all.

In my opinion, there are no aspects regarding this product that are negative.

The cost/benefit is spot on. Affordable and easy to use.

The ability to see that your mail was delivered and when it is opened.

Need to have backup plan. No mobile apps to associate with outlook (exchange) on mobile devices.

Very easy to integrate into our systems and software.

Once it is sent to the recipient, that is the end of it. No one can come back later and say they never got it.

It's great for situations where someone would claim that he or she never received a given piece of e-mail even though he or she had in fact received it.

Don't have a lot of Customer Support experience to speak too as we have not needed them. I think this shows how well they have documented their product and the ease of use.

RMail makes it so easy to secure, track, or certify delivery when I needs extra assurance (or comfort) that my important email to clients and suppliers gets there; secure.

Easy to use end-to-end encrypted email program even for techno mourns like me. Better yet, no password needed to open email for my lazy recipients.

Great customer support, although I have only had to use twice.

It is extremely easy to use in that venue as well as to use it in sending out other emails through Outlook.

It's a good practice to encrypt important mail-exchanges with clients. It's also a good confidence booster for potential and current clients.

RMail is easy to install and integrate with Outlook. We use it to encrypt sensitive document attachments.

Best for external transactional communication.

Enough functions to satisfy different business needs. Having addon built into Outlook is so convenient.

RPost:  Easy to use and makes terrific EVIDENCE.

Currently it just tells me email not received but if I sent more than one it is difficult to go back and determine what email it was that they did not get.

Easy email encryption helps with building confidence among clients (with the promise of confidentiality). It can be set-up in just a few clicks.

I am an independent commercial line insurance broker and because I use RPost, I averted three potential large coverages and/or claims related issues.

These receipts are nested in a separate folder from your Inbox automatically so they don't clutter things up. It also has a terrific Chrome interface for Gmail.

I like that I get notification when my emails are received. I also like that when my emails are received they are trusted.

The Outlook plugin on occasion crashes, and this can be very annoying when you are in the midst of writing an e-mail and/or forwarding another.

All of this for a price that is less than half of a competitor that only encrypts the attachment.

I use this feature in Outlook, my favorite feature is how easy it is to find. It appears in the place where the send button was, so I don't have to do much looking to find it.
