Kirim.Email is a power email marketing automation product that does what it says and is feature-rich at its price point compared to other platforms. Active development with responsive support.

Sometimes the automation doesn't kick it as expected and the process could be a little confusing and tedious for rookies to email marketing.

We have encountered a significant issue with our email provider, Kirim, that seems to persist without any resolution in sight. Despite relying on Kirim to send emails to our platform users, we face excessive delays when attempting to upload our users' email lists. This prolonged uploading process is primarily due to Kirim's meticulous verification of each individual email address, which results in an upload duration of more than 24 hours. Even for a platform with a substantial user base like ours, where hundreds of thousands of users are present, the upload of just 10,000 contacts on Kirim takes an astonishing seven days.We have reached out to their support team for assistance, but their response has been highly unsatisfactory, as they merely acknowledge the issue and provide vague timelines of a few days or even weeks for resolution. This frustrating experience has led us to conclude that Kirim may be suitable for small businesses with around 100 users, but it should be avoided by anyone with more than 500 users.Despite raising our concerns directly to Kirim's [sensitive content hidden], the response has been unhelpful, with promises of ongoing fixes and redirection back to the support team, which has proven to be a nightmare to deal with. Consequently, we find ourselves wasting an entire day every week attempting to upload lists on Kirim, only to find that the process still does not work. The pre-built templates are cool but unfortunately, they are in the Indonesian language

1) Being able to validate the emails with another tool would be dealt with separately.2) Integrations are super easy with the use of APIs. with my wordpress3) I have the possibility of assigning a number of emails to my other ventures, that is wonderful.4) I feel like you have everything it takes to get started and trust me I've used multiple platforms.5) if you achieved the lifetime license even more wonderful.

the desk is very basic for my taste, however, it does its perfect function, which is what matters.Sometimes some of the emails we send end up in spam, I think the detail is ours, we continue to see how to reduce that.

Front-end support is responsive but the actual engineering team doesn't seem to exist. High severity issues go reported an no response for days.

Simple API integration took a developer less than an hour to integrate

The design platform is fantastic with a user-friendly backend panel. I like all of the e-mail marketing attributes and It offers almost all I would like for automatic marketing procedure, like e-mail marketing manager as well as newsletter builder. it is a great deal for lifetime email marketing software. It's one of the most affordable email services out there as well as it delivers what they promise you. front and back end both side customer chat service provide the best support for the software.

some of the features like Transactional email features in under development. after the Broadcast campaign geolocations option is only available for those who click on the email, I highly request to the company Geolocation option should be for those who open an email

As a small erntrepreneur, I was looking at a good and reliable mail tool to track my campaings and transactionnal email. It is by far the best builder I have used and the team behind it was able to help me on every matters I had during the setup. Once your domains are set upthe tool is very powerful and you can create campaigns and track leads in details. Some simple yet very useful things like removing trash contact from a campaign (that came back bounces) allow you to send mails to only target leads over time. I recommend their tool !

Email validation and zombie email removal are great tools included.

Everything is OK, but some improvements are welcome.

We have 5 clients, including us that need to send cold emails. We used some other options from the market but they lacked in numbers. With Kirim Email, we could send 10x more emails 5 times cheaper.

We bought an LTD that featured 1.5 million emails. It was easy to set up teams and give them a number of emails and just start the work. It was cheap and it works, so it's 4 stars!

You can't customize the number of emails you give to each of your customers but it's still ok to use.

I am quite happy to stick on Kirim.email, i tried several other software, Sendinblue, Mailchimp, Sendfox, Mailer lite, moosand. but i find this software with all features which are requird for email marketing at very resoable price and validity.

Many features whihc other softwares do not have. 1. Inbuilt Email Verifier. 2. Can add agencies as per plan purchase. 3. Viral Campaigns. 4. Promotional & Transtional Emails in Single platform. 5. More than enough credits per year.

Til Date i could not find any cons, may be in near future, i recognise some.

Kirim Email is a mature product. Very friendly UI/UX put us at ease. the features in it are also good. I can create broadcast emails, autoresponders, SMTP transaction emails (Coming soon) and there is a page builder feature with a custom domain. Wow. so I no longer need hosting to create a landing page. Hopefully in the future there will be interesting features added. Good job Kirim email.

They offer the SMTP feature on the sales page but that feature is not yet available.

Kirim is helping us a lot, it verifies the email before sending which keeps the reputation of email intact.

Kirim has no limit on subscribers. Kirim let's us create meaningful emails. The template creator helps us import html which makes it quick for us to create templates. Lead magnet feature is also very useful.

List is not very clean and feels difficult to manage, specially when we have lot of subscribers.

It's easy to use, and, most importantly, my clients can use it themselves as well.

I like the ease of set up with this product, and I find it fits really well with Elementor Pro, WordPress and WooCommerce.

Setting up the WooCommerce integrations takes a bit of time, but once set up work well. The preconfigured client credit amounts don't give much room for flexibility, I think the lowest you can set is 35,000 per year for a client - I have clients who would only need 12,00 a year so this can eat into your allowance a bit.

Easy to use email automation tool for beginners.

It's been quite some time, Kirim.Email is in the market and is a decent tool for this price. If you're new to the email marketing game, this tool could be one of your first options. It has some great features like email validation, viral form builder, etc. The support is quick. I also like the white labeling feature.

It has some language barriers as it was originally built for native Indonesian marketers. If you're an affiliate marketer, there are better options for you. And the overall UI is bland!

I used Kerjamail and I love it, so after they launched kirim.email it was no brain deal for me, I already know the team and test their tools before. Great product keep the good work.

I did not find an issue, what I would like to see is more documentation.

the app itself is slow loading; they need to improve their server speed quality only a few templates are available for mail & landing page, but there are good templates that need to be purchased alot of thier templates are not in english
