Levitate Helps Alleviate

Levitate has made staying in touch with our clients possible! We get so much positive feedback from our clients!

PROS

Levitate integrates with our management system, which makes keeping our contact list up-to-date as easy as eating pie! With the correct contact information, we are able to let our clients know about important policy issues, office updates, or insurance coverages that we offer.

CONS

My only complaint is that the success specialist seems to change quite often. The longest we've ever had a success specialist was a year.

Awesome experience compared to our last partner that was higher in pricing and more user interaction that wasted time.

PROS

Levitate allows for easy management of content and contacts to avoid constant user usage on automated content. Robust list making to allow agents and members to send out communications or marketing material!

NEED a procedure manual as many services are not used regularly and suggest a reference manual

While still new, I can only say that we have not engaged as much as I would have hoped.

PROS

Contact awareness and surveying , Because of security and insurance regulator issues we need preapproval on almost everything we do and interfacing has proven to be an impediment to being as timely as I would like.

CONS

Very little support by way of a reference manual which could help, in my opinion, both for my personal and staff assistavce.

Gret product for businesses

Levitate has been fantastic. Easy to use tools and features, but what I like best is the support I get on a regular basis from my product manager and anytime I need help.

PROS

The ability to send customizable emails and social media content. When I"m stuck for the right words, the AI integration is fabulous.

CONS

I wish the texting feature could notify more than one person and was easier to manage with a team all using 1 number.

Let Levitate make your work life easier

From [sensitive content hidden] they have seamelessly made my life easier at work. Their customer service and knowledge about their product and the ability to share it has taken hours of work off of my plate. When I need help with something [sensitive content hidden] gets me connected to him or a knowledge platform to complete what I need done. I could literally sing their praises all day long! I have nothing bad at all to say about this AMAZING PRODUCT!

PROS

I love the ease of being able to get help with something our office needs done. Just the ability to use levitate makes our lives so much easier and takes a lot off of my plate to be able to do other tasks that need to be done. [sensitive content hidden] is AMAZING, he's so easy to work with, and beyond helpful! I could talk for hours how much Levitate in the 1-2 months we've been using it has helped out office!!!

CONS

I haven't found anything I don't like about it!

More open rates and client engagement.

Happy. I love that there is support and I don't feel alone in this.

PROS

I love that clients are reading and responding to my emails and texts. It has increased engagement and automated many of our reminder tasks.

CONS

I get a lot of texts notifications in my email which is great that they are using it, but hard to keep up!

I am obsessed!

PROS

I love how user friendly it is, simple, and connects I get with the relationship manager (Tre). I love how we continue to develop the software to make it work for us.

CONS

I wish there were built in data fields for DOB & Tax ID. Especially DOB for age based correspondences like RMD age, Social security, etc.

Great program!

My experience has been great! I love Levitate!

PROS

I love the AI writing tool! This has made sending emails a breeze. I also love all the premade content!

CONS

The only thing I don't like about Levitate is that sometimes when creating a contact the contact is private. I would like it if there was a feature that makes all contacts pubic to everyone.

Best Email / Client connection I've used

Staying in touch with our customers has been amazing - sharing genuine concern and providing information at my pace and specific to my customer base.

PROS

it is amazing how the simpliest forward-facing email can make an impact. I love that my emails don't look generic or canned or gimicky. The pre-set campaigns are a great jumping-off spot for me, the fact that I can edit existing campaigns is super easy, and let's me add my personal touch. I know it may sound silly, but I love (and my customers even more) the birthday emails - I have tried other programs and don't remember ever getting a response in return until Levitate. With Covid-19 it was really evident how a 2 line email letting folks know we were thinking of them on their birthday meant so much -

CONS

I honestly can't think of anything that I would change - They are always improving the platform and adding features

Awesome User-Friendly System for Small Company Solutions

Great overall experience. Responsive and supportive customer support team. Open to customer feedback in designing new modules.

PROS

We have had such a great experience working with Levitate as our CRM. For a small company, Levitate is a intuitive and collaborative system that allows us to organize our contacts and diversify our outreach strategy.

CONS

As a small real estate company, our client interactions are very individualized (no cold calling, different transaction timelines, etc.) - so we weren't able to add many integrations or automations to our internal workflows.

Super system for email campaigns!

Love Love Love them! They are so helpful. They do not make me feel like an idiot because I needed help getting started in their system. I have had so many customers tell me how much they appreciate me reaching out to them regularly thru emails with great and educational content.

PROS

I love that my emails look like I sent each one personally and that it's not a "blast" email. My customers have told me how special they feel that I thought enough to send them the emails. The content to choose from is amazing. I have been able to find many campaigns to fit my insurance office. They are super easy to edit if needed to "make them my own."

CONS

My least favorite is that as I get new customers into my office, I have to remember to add them into Levitate ... Or I can call Levitate and they will pull the reports from my computer for me and fix it. So ... I can't actually say I have a negative comment about Levitate because they help me even when I forgot to add them.

It's worth it. We love Levitate!

The past year with Levitate has been a game-changer. Being able to schedule all our social posts and client emails in one day for the next three months has freed up so much of my time. The bi-monthly meetings with updates on changes and new things added with my levitate person are very helpful.

PROS

Levitate has made my job much easier. The time it used to take to schedule our social media posts was excessive. Now, I don't even have to think about it. Levitate does all the work for me. The AI Lion, Leo, is the Best! He is so cute and helpful.

CONS

I wish there was an option to change some of the GIF's and media used when you are rewriting with the AI Lion that I call Leo.

We have Clio and Clio Grow in our office and Levitate is an added extension of that. All our client info from Clio is crossed over to Levitate, which means I don't have to add in clients twice. They are pulled from Clio, once again making the use of Levitate much more convenient.

Great at getting the message out!

I love Levitate and I have suggested it to many business owners!

PROS

I think this is a great way to touch base with your customers and keep in touch with them. Its designed to appear that the email is directly from you to them "only". This prompts much more responses in my opinion.

CONS

I wish I had more time to really get to know the product use better

I use this program daily!

Customer service has been great at answering any questions. I have really enjoyed using Levitate.

PROS

The best features about this program is for sure the AI feature and the engagement tracking. This has been such a time saver. Highly recommend this product if you email on a regular basis.

CONS

The price is a little costly. And I would love to see additional features to create newsletters. Something more like Canva. Or the option to integrate my canvas newsletters to Levitate.

Levitate is great!

It's a great product that continues to improve and their team is willing to work with you to customize your experience, take feedback, etc.

PROS

There are three things I like most about Levitate: 1) Not a traditional email blast. The emails actually get sent from your own account so open and response rates are much better. 2) Automations available. Expand your horizons and save time with a number of possible automations. 3) Content creation. They produce a lot of good content so I don't have to. It's easy to modify their templates to customize for your needs as well.

CONS

Honestly, I can't think of a con at the moment.

Reasons for switching to Levitate

Levitate was way easier to customize content for our needs while at the same time producing a lot of good "out of the box" content. Also, Broadridge is just a blast service that many companies use, while Levitate doesn't even look like an email blast service to the end user.

Levitate Makes Keeping In Touch Easy and Seemless

My experience with Levitate has been great. As I mentioned, they stay with you throughout the year so that you make good use of the product and get your money's worth.

PROS

I like the customer contact. A representative was assigned to me, and they make regular meeting appointments to keep you on track with your email and social media campaigns. It would be so easy to fail to make use of the product without this support. I also love to browse the content library to get ideas.

CONS

The cost, but I do believe it is worth it IF you pay attention to the representatives, have your regular meetings, and send out the campaigns regularly.

I didn't explore other options because I received a good deal on my initial subscription.

It's been great, we couldn't be happier with what we can provide our clients for the cost.

PROS

Having the ability to email all of our clients at once or even different segments of clients has been the best thing for us. Their system easily integrated with ours so it was simple. Our Levitate team helps recommend content and we approve it and its gone, that simple. It comes from our email so when our clients respond it comes straight to our email inbox. The Levitate team can also help draft specific content.

CONS

nothing, its been simple and easy, for a small shop even.

Levitate is a multifaceted platform because of its way of quantitative data and tracking, which makes it easier to separate contacts and segment groups to better market.

Great platform for our Business Needs

From the ease of use of the website to the Customer Service, this company has far surpassed others that tried using before. I can email, or call. I have been able to schedule meetings a week or two in advance to go over certain items and I have needed immediate help to which I received response very quickly.

PROS

Not being limited by the number of contacts we could have in the system is a great feature. I love the option of being able to send direct or group emails in regular email or HTML. I'm setting up the Birthday automation currently. It's going to save us not only time but money on the postage for physical birthday postcards we were sending out. The pre-designed monthly newsletters have been wonderful. All I have to do is add a few local and business-related items to the template and it's ready to go! Saving me so much time. Also, having industry related topics already pre-written and the ability to generate those topics from the AI program is so helpful instead of having to write everything from scratch. I have yet to find any incorrect information as well!

CONS

This platform doesn't currently integrate with Saleforce. So, as I get new clients in our Saleforce system, I have to come manually put them into Levitate. The only other thing I would add is to be able to create landing pages as I could on other services. It's not necessary and certainly doesn't sway me from preferring Levitate above other platforms, but it is something I hope they work on in the future.

Levitate Rises Above the Rest

Overall, Levitate has been wonderful. I have recommended it to others who are looking for the features that Levitate has. From set-up through customer service, we have had a great experience.

PROS

Levitate is easy to use and works with most CRM platforms. The features allow you to work months ahead with scheduling emails, follow-up meetings, and all social media posts.

CONS

I feel there are still some features that are evolving. I have not had a dislike about Levitate. Our experience with our Levitate contact has been wonderful. [sensitive content hidden] is efficient and prompt. All questions have been answered, issues resolved, and uploads completed in record time.

Reason for choosing Levitate

Levitate had our vote because of the better open rate on emails.

Reasons for switching to Levitate

Levitate had a better respond ratio. The emails that are sent are not going to a spam folder nor being ignored.
