Overall, it has been great, amazing open/click rates, amazing support always there (or will get back to you ASAP), and the ease of use is wonderful!

The ease of use with clean and simple UI/UX setup, list management, automations/autoresponders, dedicated Ip's (extra), spintax, AI subject line creator and anlyzer, prebuilt pro automations (still easy to use), top notch support (always there to help w/ anything you need in your account inclduing advice for improvign your performance), and much more.

Honestly I really don't have any complaints about MailerCloud, if I did, I probably wouldn't be using it, as I am a pro affiliate and email marketer, so the email marketing platform I use is incredibly important!

Having the same email address (subscriber) in a few email lists was impossible. However the support showed how to overcome it by using tags.

We've had this setup for just a couple of days and had it running completely and transitioned to our personnels!

There's nothing I don't like about this platform.

I used to use Mailchimp and always complaining about the high cost for such simple "sending email" service. I found the Mailercloud LTD and immediately grabbed it. It's perfectly functioning with perfect features at so much better value than Mailchimp! I killed my Mailchimp subscription and took pleasure in doing it, thanks to Mailercloud!

Its very easy to use and very Intuitive . Its great UIUX makes easy to setup and start using it quickly. It covers entire features required for our organisation email requirements . It automates your email responses so that you dont need to spend much time on your email campaigns.

I used mailercloud as a replacement for SendPulse. The features for SendPulse are more robust but I don't have the ability to drag and drop build emails. That is a huge deal. I use to buy email templates and edit the raw HTML. Being able to use a builder for email and create custom email templates is a big plus. I love the fact it has an API as well. I wish the API would have a "Send Email" endpoint. There is just "Send Test Email" but I want to "Send Now" instead of going through a campaign.

It has the easiest to use drag and drop builder for emails. I was using sendpulse before and I had to edit the pure text / html code. This is wayyy easier.

I wish the contact management could be improved. It has some issues when trying to use the manual option with one contact on each line. (It merged them into 8 contacts when I had 30 contacts). I tried to use the CSV option and that didn't work either. They shouldn't have a standard format the should "scan" for headers like "email" or parse the data and look for the @ sign. SendPulse is way better at handling contact management.

I've been using Mailercloud for over a year, and it's been a great experience. Deliverability is steady, and the interface is amazing. The guys always work behind the scenes to improve it and add more features. You can't go wrong if you choose Mailercloud.

I would like to have more freedom when it comes to segmenting or cleaning my list, but I know the team working on it.

Some things are easy to use. The email editor works well. The UI is generally polished.

Lack of key features like being able to delete and archive web forms, and delete mailing lists (without having to wait a week). The UI has issues making something as simple as tying a checkbox in a web form to automation if/else step challenging. There are other bugs that seem to be the result of the product being new and not extensively tested, yet.
