The friendly, helpful and timely support that we receive from the team. Latest updates to live polling results display are a great help. Delegates make good use of the app to look up the sessions, speaker details and a range of other information. It's good to be able to use the same app for multiple events over several years.

It's always hard to remember where specific settings are hidden in the system. There are a few different places to look, and sometimes the settings are hard to find. However, this problem can be solved with a phone call to the staff at Entegy who are always very helpful. There is some complexity with the session structures that are hard to understand, but again, the help available over the phone can overcome this problem.

I cannot imagine running events without Entegy. I love that as rooming changes, I can adjust the schedule on the fly - even from my phone. A presenter pulls out or gets sick, adjust the program. Feedback is collected through the app, exhibitors collect their leads through the companion app, delegates' attendance is registered through a companion app. Seamless.

Nothing at all. I love that we can have one app for all our events and just have a different rego code for each event.

Entegy Suite is okay, it simply does not have that many more advantages than other tools in the market that cost less.

Entegy is very easy to use, which is the most compelling thing about it. As a result of this, our entire team was able to quickly get up to speed with the platform. The learning curve is very shallow.

One of the most disappointing things about the platforms is the 'integrations' it offers. We were excited to be able to link our Eventbrite account, but we ran into authentication issues. We also ran into issues when creating an app for Android.

The Core is user-friendly and easy to use, with a great dashboard that provides an overview of each project. The flexibility of the software means that it can be tailored to a wide range of events from a small meeting to a large congress and everything in between. The Entegy Support Team are fantastic, with quick responses and helpful advice and guidance.

The analytics available within the software could be developed further.

The badge printing platform was not great. The printers had many technical errors and the quality of the printed badge was poor.
