  • Pros

  • Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
  • I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
  • Cons

  • No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.

  • Fantastic in keeping track of times and reminders for the daily usage. Makes things easier at the end of the day for accountability.
  • It's super easy to use which is something I really like about it. Also love the aesthetic and design.
  • Cons

  • So will crash on iPhone and refuse to allow punch in and out. However iPhone has accurate mileage and android does not.
  • The software has its bug. At one point it was hard for me to clock put simply because no matter how many times I clicked on the button it wouldn.t happened.
