The company is very willing to help us with what ever we need. Years ago their engineer would stop by the shop on regular basis to make sure everything was running correctly.

How easy it is to find the history of a piece of equipment and parts used.

The only problem we encountered was the inability to turn off preventative maintenance scheduling for the weekends as the shop guys don't work outside of Monday-Friday.

The Software is very user friendly compared to several other of the competitors.

For over 17 years of using this software it has never failed us. I still have the very first day of information inputted.

Cannot set customizable fields globally for the fleet. Character space allowed is too limited in some instances.

My biggest complaint against the software is the fact that it is limited to one label printer brand and size.

How you can not change a piece of equipment when it was put to the wrong work order.

The only complaint that I would have is the parts charge out on the work orders. It will not default to the last vendor purchased from.

I like how easy it is to use and how and how easy it is to set up to our specific needs. I also like how they keep making good improvements to the product.

Highly adaptable to our unique industry, student transportation. The set-up was easy and it has been very intuitive.

We're utilizing the piggy back labels for in house inventory and it works great for when the shop mechanics go to use the labels to stick them onto work orders.

It is very stable and covers all the needs we have for a inventory and billing product. It is very easy to use and not over complicated.

They don’t make changes just to make changes. Very good product and service.

Our software was older so we had poor customer service.

The same goes for parts. Overall, this software definitely does a great job of doing what we need.

Ability to tack down vehicle at all times , ability to have special geo fencing if needed.

The capability to receive text notifications is a great feature. The easy of setting up the specific events you want notifications on is a nice benefit.

The ease of use for my drivers and the user-friendly app was amazing, also the customer service is right on point, if i have ever had a question those guys are always right there to answer the phone.

I was able to return the vehicle to the office within three hours of its reported missing.

Two weeks after I installed this product in all of our fleet vehicles one of our trucks was stolen from our office.

The fact that it pointed out our previous failures to see detailed areas we should have seen.

The units provide a lot of information about the vehicles which saves a lot of time on inspections. The team is great to work with and takes care of anything we need quickly.

The update rate was lower than what wee wanted.
