Cant list anything i dont like about openforce.

I like that OpenForce has so far processed and delivered my contractor settlements smoothly and it gives me alerts through text and email when my settlement is on the way.

Real time leads, nice algorithm for adjusting delivery locations.

The people I speak to are very pleasant and want to be helpful.

The ease of use and the clear graphics that help you track your pay.

Ease of access across multiple platforms, iPhone and PC.

Only complaint in 10+ years is the speed on the web dashboard simply because it has so much information on it.

It has been generally positive, no major technical issues so far.

Feedback from our employees have included the easy to use interface and the ability to make changes on their own without having to contact our HR Department.

I have worked with many of the teams at Openforce and all of them have been great, courteous, and always make sure my questions or concerns are resolved.

I sent an email on December a twice no one reply to me. I'm still waiting.

I am always paid on time and have wonderful notifications when I am paid on the day before.

My overall experience has been great, I love its ease of use and all invoices in one place.

I am fairly satisfied with the overall performance.

Easy and Quick Solution to 3rd Party Contractor Pay.

It's easy to use and the customer service is great.

Ease of use and logic in operation will improve our efficiencies.

Building loads, track/trace, and automatic invoicing make our lives a lot easier compared to our previous software. Please keep the personal touch as you grow larger.

My one complaint is that they are always changing aspects of the software.

The one dislike I have is that using the software for drayage, there is no sensible straightforward way to track both chassis and container numbers within a shipment.

Its very crisp, and has a nice flow. Entering an order requires minimal time.

From the day of integration the system work flawlessly.

Quick and easy to dispatch orders. A variety of filters to search for orders.

The simplicity of using the product is amazing.

Order booking has saved the company employees and money. The integration with Google search has saved on guessing of hours of operation and phone numbers.

The core functionalities of the TMS are built around an LTL provider (we are deal primarily in full-truckload), which make some of the information unintuitive and/or confusing to carriers.

Once all the updates are done the software will help us get bills out faster and keep better records.

The ease of use, as well as the ability for my clients to input their own orders. Uploading Tariffs saves us time and money.

Invoicing has saved the company time and money as well, leaving more time for corrective billing on the first time.
