Overall, the team has been fantastic to work with. They are engaged, responsive, and helpful. They even flew out for an all-day training of my operations team to ensure a smooth transition to the system. We have had no issues with the system outside of a few bugs that were promptly fixed. I can't recommend them enough.

Truckbase has a phenomenal interface which makes training and change management a breeze. Having come from the tech industry where the majority of employees are technically savvy regardless of interface, I knew ease of use would be the biggest determining factor of a successful implementation. Luckily for us, Truckbase has more than delivered. On top of the product, the team is always willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

To get nitpicky, I do wish that I had a little bit more flexibility in the system from an admin perspective. It would be nice to have access to more granular settings or even grid-like bulk updating features. However, it is so easy to get lost in providing a million features, so I would pick Truckbase 10/10 times over a system like McLeod.

Truckbase has provided an affordable solution to our transportation management needs. It does what it needs to in an easy to use package.

Truckbase is very user-friendly for dispatchers and drivers. When we see a feature that could use some improvement, the team at Truckbase is eager to get working on a fix. The seamless integration with Quickbooks Online is vital to our company.

The driver settlements feature can use a few tweeks, but the Truckbase team is actively working on them. Also, fuel uploads and BOL creation is missing, but they should have them working in the next few months.

Now, we manually have to download/upload hundreds of invoices that stuck in Truckbase. Why? Because they were billed from Truckbase BEFORE we integrate with QuickBook online. No one told us about this scenario, of course…They sold us a flawless cooperation.

I am still looking for any feature that I would like about Truckbase.

No training videos available, you need to call/email and wait for response. Everything takes forever, and not too much organized. They offer 30 minute sessions, then they send you a recording of the session. That’s all you can use. Other companies offer: chat, customer service, on-site training, FAQs…just to name a few.

Our overall experience with truck base is positive and we enjoy growing with Truck Base for the foreseeable future.

Truck bases ease of use hits itbour of the park for us. We can at a glance tell prospective clients what our numbers are kust off the front screen! The ease of dispatching has improved our time on getting load entered and dispatched to the driver to almost instantly after a load is booked. Drivers love it too cause everything comes in a tect message and they can upload there paperwork right there. Gone are the days of cam scanner and transflow for paperwork tracking. Over all truck base has stream lined our operation tremendously and we look forward to a long relationship with [sensitive content hidden] and the team at Truck Base

Settlement could be enhanced but you guys know my input on that.

I am very happy with the support that we have had over the past 6 months. We haven't fully transition yet as we are still working with the team to implement some of our requests.

Having the ability in the all loads tab to search by criteria is a nice feature.

Not having the ability to just have the driver pay auto calculate at all times once a driver is assigned is a downfall. Calendar view is a bit messy would be nice to just view the calendar with unassigned loads by the day and not the full week Gets too confusing

It is so easy to enter loads! The drivers having mobile access to upload documents has cut my billing time in half! We have used quite a few other applications and they did not have the functionality that Truckbase has! So glad we Truckbase!!!!

With Truckbase, I know that we are in good hands with the team they have. Any questions, they are very prompt and professional, and they will get us the information we need quickly.

There are no Cons. They are very Stright forward and they have the best interest in mind when talking to you.

Truckbase cares about the needs of our company and is constantly working to stay in touch and work in a timely matter to help meet any needs we may have. Also, the ease of using the program and being able to use it from anywhere that I can access the internet is a huge plus.

The only current negative I have, and I know they are working on, is the access from a phone. The format that you see the information in requires one to scroll through all of the loads and information input to find the loads that i'm looking for. I'm interested in a filter feature and a search by field to quickly access loads for a specific driver or load number or even location.

Positive. It has helped me a lot. I save more time and make less errors.

It helps to keep track of the loads and decreases the time that I spend invoicing and making driver settlements.

It’s not easy to use. When you make a mistake, then you usually have to start over. Basically don’t make any mistakes or you will be wasting extra time for sure going back over what you worked on before you made the mistake. I also don’t like how we don’t have the option to include or exclude information on settlements, customer load number doesn’t automatically generate on the invoice portion, the commodity portion doesn’t automatically generate on invoices and these are all things that I have to manually type in. Also, on the settlements, it doesn’t give a year to date deduction amount.

Overall, I have been through some of the testing phases as a customer with Truckbase and I don't have any major complaints about the software. I am happy to support the growth of an industry provider that is simplifying the workflow. The support team is very attentive and responsive and that I feel is one of the key perks.

What I like most is the ease of use, it doesn't take long to enter a load in, notify the Driver, or track the progress of the freight. There is nothing overcomplicated and not an overwhelming number of features.

The thing I like least about the software is the tracking is an add on feature increasing the cost of the subscription.

Implementing Truckbase has been very impactful on our business. We feel more organized, efficient, and in a better place as we continue to grow. While the product itself is great, it's the people behind it that ultimately impacted our decision to choose Truckbase. The Truckbase team has been so helpful in addressing our questions and extremely receptive to any feedback and suggestions. That level of responsiveness to feedback is not something you see often and gives them a leg up against the competition for sure. We feel more like partners rather than just another user who uses their product. Awesome people to work with!

We love the simplicity of Truckbase. Load entry and management are straightforward. Integrates well with Quickbooks Online. The ability to track and view all of our orders in one place has greatly improved our day-to-day processes. Since it is web-based, drivers are not required to download another app, which has been great for adoption. Drivers being able to scan documents and upload them to each load has helped us keep things organized. Also, the Truckbase team has been a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive to any support issues and are always open to feedback and recommendations. They take the time to understand our concerns and try to find and implement solutions.

Some features could use some improvements and some features aren't available yet in Truckbase that other TMSs already have. But, the team at Truckbase has been awesome at implementing new features and improvements and addressing any technical issues.

Truckbase and their support team have been excellent to work with. Their quick response to feedback is impressive.

Truckbase is a very user friendly TMS. They have set themselves apart by being simple, yet relevant. Their new load entry feature is straight forward and to the point. The txt based communication with drivers is also easy to implement without having to download an additional app.

Truckbase does not offer a lot of reports yet. However, they are actively working to develop this aspect of the software. Their development team is visibly attentive to suggestions and recommendations as they continue to add new features.

Everything is in one place, who doesn't like that- in this business especially! Truly, I have no complaints. Since we are a company testing it, there has been some minor bugs/things that need to be fixed. Every time I have mentioned an issue to [sensitive content hidden], it is always resolved and/or teaches me on what was done wrong. This software has helped our business become overall more organized and has brought in a stronger team environment as well. We can all see at all times what each driver is/will be doing. Just an amazing software with great people behind it.

This software is so easy to use and manage. Having the ability to all look at the same thing within the team when we are referring back to a specific load is so helpful. Especially at times when I'm not in the office, or we haven't received a driver's paperwork yet. The scan tool on the drivers end for BOLs has made this process even better than it already has been. It's just so easy to implement into a team, [sensitive content hidden] has done an amazing job with this.

My only complaint would be that some addresses are incorrect, or there's multiples of the same location (user error) and I'm not able to delete the ones that are wrong/we don't need. I did hear through the grapevine that this is something they are working on, so that will be awesome!

My overall experience was great honestly their customer service was great response time was always either right then and or next day. Thanks [sensitive content hidden] for introducing Truckbase to me at the California Truck Convention this really set my company aside from the other Dispatch companies thank you again and keep up the good work very much appreciated.

I like how it was easy to use and it kept me so organized with my business.

I think it can do a better job of automating inputing information from the rate cons and show up better on the mobile phone for the directions. I wish that my invoicing was done within the software and I don't have to go somewhere else for it but the export of all the loads did me well.

Truckbase TMS was quick to implement, is easy to use and is getting new functionality added to it constantly. If you run a small trucking company you need this product. Not to mention, the people that run the company genuinely care about the success of their customers and that is something that is rare in software.

A larger fleet would probably need to look at a more robust product for now but that is changing as they roll out features and integrations.

Overall, I love using Truckbase and working with their team. I feel like we are not just another sale, that we and our opinions matter to them. It is what puts them well above their competition.

After extensive research we recently moved to Truckbase and I haven't regretted it at all. It has streamlined my invoicing process, the calendar view allows me a nice weekly overview of what my drivers are doing, and the most important part is the Truckbase team. They are extremely receptive of new ideas, always respond to questions timely, and are just an amazing group of people to work with. I also like that they are continuing to grow and I look forward to the future integrations.

I wish there was a change to the rate field so that I could enter in $x per ton/bushel/etc. and it update automatically instead of having to figure it manually. It would be a huge timesaver on my end.

I like the simplicity it offers, yet it easily gets the job done across a lot of our bases. The support team has been extremely helpful offering advice and assistance when needed.

It is still in the young stages, so there are some tweaks being worked out. But even with this, Truckbase has been eager to offer assistance updating and creating ways to make it more user friendly

My experience with TruckBase has been fantastic. Bumpa And Sons Trucking will continue to use their product. They have continued to be a partner, who wants to help us streamline our processes as we evolve from a company of just a couple trucks into a larger organization.

I like the speed and ease at which we are able to invoice customers after we completed a load delivery.

There were a couple small interface issues on the dispatcher side that I didn't think flowed very well. The TruckBase folks have been very open to feedback and improving their product. They have implemented some other great updates over the past months based on feedback from customers.

- More consolidated dispatch: all parties being on same page regarding logistics.- Haven't lost track of loads to bill- Any questions or issues we may have TB's Customer Support has been fantastic

The ability to keep track of loads our drivers are moving and the direct integration into QBO with a push of a button.

The automatic assignation of invoice numbers in Truckbase when QBO will assign an entirely different one- renders the Truckbase invoice number moot.

It has been a great experience so far getting Truckbase setup and working with the team. My drivers were able to pick it up right away and we have been successfully using it for months.
