While there's little to complain about, it would be beneficial to have the option to send segmented dispatches of the same survey with different URL attributes to track respondents. It's possible that this feature exists and I just haven't found how to do it yet.

Speed of MVP development and launch. As well as getting real-time statistics. Everything is quickly customizable. Tech support is super fast and high quality. Helps with everything from development and when, to payment. I need to stream test a large number of forms and surveys and this is the best solution. I can customize my custom visuals, use a large number of fields.

It takes time to figure it out. The interface seems complicated, but you get used to it over time. Also the technical support is top notch and helps with questions.

It's has made a big difference to how I run my business. It used to take me ages to get the correct data out of my clients. Now I just send them a form.

Unlike Google Forms it does not restrict you. You can build almost any form you think of, and affect how it looks with custom CSS if you want to. Unlike some other forms products it is very well priced.

It is missing field level data encryption.

Overall I find form designer to be a valuable and useful tool. It is pocket friendly and well thought out software. It seems to be developed by company which is well aware and versed with form, quiz, surveys, calculations etc.

This form designer is a hidden gem. It gives a solid competition to Jotform at a very very less price. UI is slick, the program is extremely reliable (that is what I found so far). A lot of thought has gone into designing this software. Whether some one wants to design a simple form in basic plan or a sophisticated form with calculator in the higher platinum plan, this form designer is the way to go. What I like the most here is the custom autoresponders, calculators, beautiful themes and excellent support.

So far I have not found any negative about this software. Maybe because this software fulfils all my current requirement and does that flawlessly, I have nothing negative to say about it.

Some aspects of the software's functionality are somewhat arcane and unorthodox. Written support documents should be more plentiful and detailed.

The number of options to customize everything is outstanding. Making for white labeled is a bonus as we can use it for many clients when we embed them into their websites and apps.If you know how to code you will find this a great tool to use, if you like templates and are able to style your own this will still give you professional results.

Some form names and fields are still listed in Russian (the native language of the designer) which sometimes makes it harder to know what certain fields do or what section they relate to.The logical flow of using "conditions" can get complicated, better demos or instructions would help.setting up emails from forms has proven a little more challenging for me. Currently talking to support to resolve this.

FormDesigner has the most flexible and feature rich app I found. After using many tools for diferent purposes, FormDesigner is the all in one tool I was looking for.

The documentation can be improved,but it's hepfull for most cases. If not, customer support can easily solve any issue.

I have tried various tools, but there always seems to be something missing. They offer many features and can meet all requirements.

The layouts, I have not seen that in other tools where you can build the form in different blocks like a webpage.

The functionality is very powerful, and it includes everything I can think of, including a reservation system.

Currently, I can’t really think of anything, but if I have to, maybe UI/UX can be further optimized.

Overall I love it. I love the look of the forms too and how I can arrange the field boxes how ever I want!

I use Jotform but this may win me over eventually. It is way more realistic on price for what I need. I think most people just need a reliable form and some basic conditional logic type of functionality. Jotform is great but the more I use this I think I will eventually make the switch. There are still some thing I prefer with Jotform but I think Form Designer is easier out of the box. Also the forms look clean and modern!

I would like it to have the option then when you share the form results with someone that they would have the ability to edit. In Jotform when I share a table, the person I share it with can edit it if I give them permissions.

I really like FormDesigner, I wanted to upgrade a quiz I was using with a plugin on my site and am happy I did with them. Coding was needed to customize templates and it had a lot of hidden features, in my case, so it defiantly took some time to get right, but their customer support was always there to help me out and even provided the needed code for me.

Honestly, one of the cleanest and most complete webform builders I've ever seen (and I have one of my own built into my SaaS :)), if that says anything... Looking forward to purchasing as a lifetime deal and using exclusively on a few projects I have going on.

Beautifully clean interface to work in! Having the ability to attach practically anything to a form (I needed Google Sheets)

1000 submissions a month for the Tier purchased is a little restrictive, but as a lifetime deal well worth the investment!

In the past, I used JotForm, and the options were limited depending on the subscription. With Form Designer, I have all the relevant features for me at a much lower price. Very happy!!!!

Yes, I thought it would be suitable to use the necessary parts as it had the features I wanted and worked perfectly without any issues when I implemented it on the free plan.
