1. Easy to use. 2. I liked the PDF editor as it has all the common features like redacting, adding text etc. 3. Uploads the PDF files and other files quickly.

I only found the editing function in PDF editing not being there i.e. selecting text and editing it.

Overall the experience was good. Easy to use.

Was drawn to the fact that form swift offers many free legal documents for personal use. For my company, it made the signing of documents easy.

After creating and signing a document, I tried to access the printed version after the trial period from within the application and it took me to a screen asking for payment.

It is almost impossible to cancel their subscription service online. Their customer service dept assures you the subscription has been cancelled, but it has not They give you the most bogus responses an a runaround for a week before they finally agree to issue a refund. I suspect it is a RICO operation.

It was easy to fill out and submit the form.

To use the service, you need to subscribe. It costs $1.95 for a seven-day trial subscription which auto converts to a $37/month service fee. When you try to cancel the subscription within the trial period, you get assurances that the subscription has been cancelled, but seven days later your credit card gets charged. It took me a week and 7 emails to get them to refund me.

I signed up for the free trial to do a living trust and power of attorney for my father after my mother's death. I was not aware this was a monthly charge. I googled "free documents" and got this website. They have been charging my deceased father's account for a year. Once I was able to take charge of his affairs, they will not work with me in regard to the monthly fee they have charged for a year when they can tell I have clearly NOT used their services. It's a trap.

They basically trick you into joining by telling you the service is free.

I used them for an eviction notice in NJ. They provided the form for a notice to quit which isn’t the same. I called and asked for the proper documents and they stated that they don’t have it but we’re charging me anyway.

Form Swift is a great software to use for small businesses. My experience with Form Swift has been great and I have been using it for years.

The signature box for form swift is small but overall it is still easy to use.

I suspect they just wear people down and this scam works 1 out of 10 times, which is good enough for them.

Cancelled the service on time during the short trial period, got billed the monthly $37 anyway. Emailed customer service, they said this. “According to your request, you would like to get a refund. Kindly note that we are unable to issue a refund for the referenced charge(s) in accordance with our Terms of Use.” I SUSPECT THIS IS THEIR MOST USED FORM

The google listing that took me to this site specifically implied that it would be free. The site didn't give me any price info until I entered data, when it displayed that a 7 day trial was actually $1.98 up front with the balance due in 8 days. Later when I tried to cancel, the email on their site came back as incorrect and the online chat wouldn't pick up. I'm very concerned about the ethics of this site and the security of the data I entered.

The 1099s I needed to print actually printed correctly.

When I first added it to my Chrome extensions, I needed it RIGHT THEN, and it was easy to set up and use immediately.

I couldn't download my altered pdf directly. I had to e-mail it to myself and then download it. Seems silly to only have a Print option in the days when so many of us don't have printers at home.

Formswift is perfect for creating legal documents.

I don't care for the pop ups they should not be able to pop up if I'm paying.

They will let you go ahead and take the time and effort to do all the edits to your pdf, and then at the end of it if you won't give your credit card info and subscribe indefitely (after the free trial) its all a nasty trap and a complete rip PDF master on the other hand lets you buy a week's liscenece for only $0.99 while if you forget or can't work out how to cancel your expensive subscription(that don't tell you how either) to Form Swift you'll be in for a rediculously expensive bill that no one in their right mind would pay just to edit PDFs, the idea being that you forget, thats how they make their money by charging you an insane sum and then hoping you'll forget, NEVER use Form Swift

I was disappointed that I was not provided with a refund when requested. I tried creating one firm during the trial period, did not use it. Forgot about it until I saw the charge on my visa statement. I immediately cancelled, requested a refund and was denied. They cited their company policy as the basis for denial. I was hoping for a refund regardless.

I do not like anything. The form was not the one chosen to use. Other was used.

They did not provide a warning that I was leaving the trial period and I was then charged full amount without an invoice or notification I discovered the charge on my visa statement, requested a refund and was denied. Only one firm was created and that was during the trial period.

This product is very user friendly. Does eliminate alot of time spent to fill forms and combine documents. Editing pdf documents also is quite easier with this product which saves alot of time thus making productivity better.

Not a on the go tool since I'm not seeing it available in the app store.
