  • Pros

  • Problems are solved very quickly through customer support.
  • Great tee sheet with marketing tools - easy integration.
  • Cons

  • POS - cc processing failure frequency, inability to include tip on multiple cards for same ticket. When receiving inventory items system sometimes requires additional entry.
  • Occasionally the items I'm looking for aren't where one might expect them, and it can be frustrating if I'm trying to complete a task quickly.

  • The attention to detail and the information I can pull from the software as the administrator was remarkable and easy to use.
  • It pretty much ran the backside of our tournament flawlessly and was also very easy to use.
  • Cons

  • Lack of customization, only catered more towards golf booking.
  • Setup for the tournament was mostly intuitive but there were a couple of confusing aspects to setup.
