The problem's solutions are usually on the internet. But it can not be detected problems led to the crisis in the company.

I like the ability to be to access shared documents and edit them with ease. The learning curve is tuff, but well worth the effort.

The ability to collaborate on files at the same time has been a big win for my team. We can now work on a project and divide and conquer.

Flaws: Very slow response time, lags, often freezes. The site is down about once a month which is very frustrating.

It's not at all intuitive and users have too many options to create their own system. This just ends up in a mess that is difficult to manage or takes a lot of effort to do so.

The simplicity and ease of access makes SharePoint a brilliant tool to collaborate from anywhere around the world.

Overall SharePoint has been a great and secure tool for file sharing and working with multiple members in the team. The interface is also intuitive and that contributes to its usefulness.

The search feature does not work too well and we find it odd that you have to open a text file and then open it again to edit it.

Inability to drag and drop. At times only option is to download or upload files on to SharePoint.

We need to depend on Microsoft support team for troubleshooting issues by providing the correlation id of the issues. The 5000 row limit of the List is the most annoying limitation of the SharePoint.

It was a good entry point, and nice that it integrated with Office 360 - that made it somewhat seamless to use.

It's easy to use and to customize. We've adapted to some of our internal processes and at the same time we adapted some processes to the SuiteCRM way.

Moving servers or performing updates often requires trouble shooting. If you are not up for that you should use their hosted service.

I absolutely love that this CRM is fully opensource and if you are confident enough free to use. You can have a CRM as powerful as SalesForce for the opportunity cost of self installation.

It is a little difficult to get this up and running if you are trying to install it on your own.

Community support is not always very quick, but is part of the game. Some integrations (Google calendar) are still not completely working well.

It is absolutely free of cost. You can use it for your company.

SuiteCRM has all of the features that most SalesForce users actually use, and a good deal more to boot. Unlike Salesforce, SuiteCRM is free if you install it yourself and run it on your own server.

So, I did not found any special type of cons with SuiteCRM Customization, Integration & Migration. Sometime have Implementation code error.

So far so good, I strongly recommend SuiteCRM for small to medium-size companies.

I'm happy that the developers update it on a regular schedule as well as pay close attention to bugs that crop up.

Apart from the obvious 'open-source' advantage of SuiteCRM it happens to be a great and fully functional CRM for any type of use.

Frankly speaking, this software is powerful for creating email campaigns and monitoring the campaign.

I like this very much because operating SuitCRM is very easy. SuitCRM is fast, reliable and secure CRM and this is something I like the most about this amazing CRM.

The ability to use SuiteCRM and customize it to your needs is FANTASTIC. We needed a catering management tool, everything on the market was out of our price range, or did not provide what we wanted.

I've been using it for a while now and like the capabilities that this CRM offers. I also like that there is a huge community that helps with feedback and sharing their experience.

Suite CRM a great upgrade from SugarCRM and a great CRM in general.

I love SuiteCRM, especially version 7.7.8. Its user interface got a full refresh, it's modern, simple, and best of all...mobile responsive.

Sugar is the commercially supported version which is more stable but with the SAME features.
