### Most mentioned pros

- People like the straightforward look and the natural way the tasks are designed, which helps to make monitoring, remote access, patching, and other tasks very easy even when the number of computers to be maintained is very big.
- The device management is great as well as it pulls in so much information from the device to help with troubleshoot such as running processes, installed apps, hardware specs, last reboot, activity, etc.
- NinjaOne is a great tool that I use daily in IT in order to screen monitor, deploy software updates and the latest patches to wallboards within the business, as well as giving me the ability to remote reboot the wallboards in the event they aren't working / need a restart for update purposes.

### Most mentioned cons

- The thing I like the least about NinjaOne is the limited reporting customisation within NinjaOne, and there is quite a steep learning curve to fully understand the user interface as it is quite complex.
- We do not use their documentation app, so there are fields that sit blank.
- Any issues we have found or ran into, were all user error or interface confusion.

### Smoother and cleaner experience than our previous stack

Overall, our experience with NinjaOne has been very positive. Since moving over from Kaseya’s stack in February 2025, our team has had a much easier time managing devices, handling remote support, and staying on top of tickets and deployments. The platform feels modern, reliable, and much more user-friendly. It has helped make our support process more efficient, and it gives us better visibility into the endpoints we manage. There was a learning curve during the transition, but once we got comfortable with it, NinjaOne became a much better fit for how we work.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I like most about NinjaOne is how clean and easy it is to use compared to the Kaseya stack we moved from. We started using NinjaOne in February 2025, and the overall experience has been much smoother for our team. Remote access, ticket visibility, patching, and endpoint management are all easier to work with day to day. The interface is straightforward, and it does not feel like we have to fight the system just to get basic tasks done. Customer support has also been solid whenever we have needed help.

#### Cons

There are still a few areas where I think NinjaOne could improve. Some settings and workflows take a little time to get used to, especially when coming from a different stack like Kaseya. There are also a few reporting and automation features that I would like to see become more customizable. Nothing has been a major dealbreaker for us, but there is definitely room for continued improvement as the platform grows.

#### Reasons for switching to NinjaOne

We moved away from Kaseya due to some vendor complications.

### Powerful RMM Platform with Excellent Remote Access and Automation Features

Overall, my experience with NinjaOne has been very positive. It strikes a good balance between functionality and ease of use, making it easy to manage devices, deploy changes and provide remote support from a single platform. The strong remote access tools, automation capabilities, alerting and responsive support make it a reliable solution for day-to-day IT operations. While some advanced features could be improved, it's one of the better RMM products I've worked with and is a platform I would happily continue using.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

: NinjaOne offers great value for money and has become one of the better RMM platforms I've used. We use it primarily for device monitoring and management, and it excels when it comes to remote access for both servers and end-user devices. The platform is easy to navigate, making day-to-day administration straightforward, even for larger environments. Deployment of scripts, automations and configuration changes is simple and can be done silently in the background, which saves a huge amount of time. Alerting is reliable and provides good visibility into issues before users report them. Ticket management is well integrated and helps keep support work organised, while customer support is generally very responsive and helpful when issues do arise. The platform also makes it easy to support clients remotely without needing multiple different tools.

#### Cons

While NinjaOne is easy to use, some areas can feel a little too simplified and lack the advanced functionality available in some competing RMM platforms. Certain reporting and customisation options could be more powerful, especially for organisations with complex requirements. Ticketing works well for general support but may not be as feature-rich as dedicated PSA solutions. The user interface is clean and easy to learn, but there are occasional areas where finding specific settings or generating detailed reports takes more effort than expected.

#### Reasons for switching to NinjaOne

Better RMM/remote connection solution in one.

### Ninja One - The Answer to MSP Issues

Ninja has been the answer to all our problems as an MSP. Originally we went with Atera for our primary RMM software, however we found some certain core fundamental features to be extremely painful (Script running, Remote Access, Patching, reliability etc.) hence the decision to move. In comes Ninja. Ninja nails all the fundamentals perfectly, and then you get onto the more advanced features which are all thoughtful changes with MSP's pains are the forefront of their decisions. Every member of the team I've worked with have been golden too (Special shoutout to [sensitive content hidden] for managing our account!).

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Ninja has changed our business' ability to remotely support our clients with it's speed, reliability and functionalities. Ninja really focuses on the core functions of an RMM tools and has worked with care to perfect the day to day things, and as people in the MSP space know every second counts. On top of this, the account management from [sensitive content hidden] has been superb. She's made sure we have regular check ins on a consistent basis and has gone beyond the scope of an account manager many times by drilling further into our businesses success and offering advice and materials to further the growth of our business. All in all, a fantastic product with fantastic support to go along with it.

#### Cons

So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about the product majorly. A lot of the areas I may have difficulty with are merely just learning curves on my part.

#### Reasons for switching to NinjaOne

Atera failed to meet the minimum standards of what we expected from an RMM solution, and was convoluted unnecessarily at times.

MSPs have a litany of responsibilities in today's online ecosystem. Artificial intelligence, cloud native SaaS, etc. Our scope can is greatly dynamic from not just client to client but within each clients environment. NinjaOne makes many tasks, especially remote management, patching, and backup a snap! The GUI is granular for experienced IT professionals to appreciate, yet not being so overwhelming that new talent can dive right in to the environment. The value proposition is also excellent. Tiered and a la carte pricing that is perfectly centered, makes it an instant high tier consideration. There is room to either profit from offering services or reduce or eliminate and markup and propose greater value to clients. A great tool. Seeing the team over at Ninja be in a constant state of development is also a great sign. With regular feature improvements, additions, there is no looming worry of whether or not this tool is staying at the edge, where it should be. Integration with other solutions such as BitDefender Gravity Zone, and some other 3rd party direct integrations are a literal toggle to setup and deploy. Backup is now offered natively with NinjaOne and we have had no issues with its reliability, compatibility, or immutability. ### Proposed Corrections 1. **“Our scope can is greatly dynamic”** → “Our scope is greatly dynamic” 2. **“within each clients environment”** → “within each client’s environment” 3. **“Tiered and a la carte pricing that is perfectly centered, makes it”** → “Tiered and a la carte pricing that is perfectly centered makes it” 4. **“BitDefender Gravity Zone”** → “Bitdefender GravityZone” 5. **“3rd party”** → “third-party” 6. **“Its simply a great product”** → “It’s simply a great product” 7. **“doesnt”** → “doesn’t” 8. #### Pros

NinjaOne makes complex MSP responsibilities much easier to manage, especially with remote monitoring, patching, and backups. Its interface strikes a great balance, powerful and detailed for experienced IT professionals, while still being approachable for newer team members. The platform’s flexible, tiered pricing adds strong value, making it easy to either increase service profitability or pass savings on to clients. Overall it’s a well rounded solution that fits a wide range of IT environments.

#### Cons

I would like to see more integrations. EDR would be great. Otherwise no complaints and we have had great experiences with Ninja. Any issues we have found or ran into, were all user error or interface confusion. All of which were addressed and many things changed for us by Ninja. The Cons are minor. We are glad that integrations are slow to expand because we know that they are making sure new integrations work flawlessly. Thats a good thing.

#### Reasons for choosing NinjaOne

We currently have Ninja deployed. We have not decided if we want to migrate. Ninja has served us VERY well. It would be hard to get us to pull away from them. However there are some points that we would like to have under one roof. Ninjas Backup needs to be more granular. Backup of VMs is clunky, and RPO isnt as granular as we would like. No EDR is a consideration as well.

I have been working with Ninja since their inception, bringing them into both of my organizations. When I switched to NinjaOne 10 years ago and it has been a game-changer for our small IT team. The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate compared to our previous RMM. Patch management is reliable and automated, remote access is lightning fast, and the scripting/automation features have saved us dozens of hours. Alerts are accurate with very few false positives, and their support team has been excellent. Every ticket we’ve opened was resolved quickly. Overall, NinjaOne has significantly improved our efficiency and given us much better visibility and control over our clients’ environments. Highly recommend it.

#### Pros

NinjaOne is the Best Value for your Dollar RMM Service out there. The Dashboard is easy to Navigate. Using Ninja saves me hours of time a week. We use it for everything from Fixing issues behind the scenes to Remote Access of Devices.

#### Cons

The honest truth, my one issue is the mobile App functionality, but how much do you expect to be able to do from your Phone.

#### Reasons for switching to NinjaOne

Cost was the major reason for our initial switching.

My overall experience with NinjaOne has been excellent. It has improved visibility across devices, made remote access and patch management easier, and helped streamline support workflows. #### Cons

There is not much to dislike, but some advanced features can take a little time to learn and configure properly. I would also like to see even more customization options for reporting and dashboards. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the value the platform provides.

#### Reasons for switching to NinjaOne

Errors with remote connections and missing a few essentials

Overall excellent experience. I can't recommend them enough. The people are great, support is knowledgeable and responsive. Software works well. Pricing is reasonable. They're continuing to add features and communicate with its partners. They really seem to have it together. Onboarding was a breeze. Their documentation is extensive and many of the articles include explainer videos. Easy to use.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

The people at NinjaOne are great. They're big enough where they have the benefits of a large organizations, but small enough where I feel like I have fast, personalized support. Everyone from the initial salesperson to account manager and technicians have been very professional and responsive. Their software just works. I rarely have issues with the managed agents. If I ever have a question, their support gets back to me the same day, sometimes the same hour. Very impressive!

#### Cons

I'm hard-pressed to say anything bad, as nearly everything is great. There are a few minor improvements that could be made, but more of a nice-to-have than a need. Even so, what I love is that they have a publicly visible product roadmap so you can see what's coming next.

#### Reasons for choosing NinjaOne

Reviews, features, all-in-one system, reliability, pricing, friendly people that are easy to work with.

#### Reasons for switching to NinjaOne

Tools, ease of access, low overhead. Every conversation I have had with sales included their various members of their tech team. Extremely knowledgeable & not pushy at all. Last provider was extremely annoying when it came to asking about new licenses, tools, updates, etc. Their web portal was outdated and was a convoluted UI. A member of their sales team was EXTREMELY PUSHY & RUDE! Did not want to take no for an answer & couldn't possibly comprehend my lack of time for their sales calls. I am much happier with NINJA - SO GLAD I MADE THE SWITCH!!

I trialed Ninja about 6 years ago and our team became dependent on it because it's that helpful of a tool. It was such an important tool even to me that when I started a new job, I knew immediately that ninja was a must have tool. You can't compare it to many other tools. #### Cons

Honestly the reporting but that has gotten much better with the latest releases this past year.

NinjaRMM is fantastic, our engineers productivity have increased. Our SLA's are being met faster, Ninja just lets me and my colleagues get on with our job, providing all the information, monitoring and tools we need without it being cluttered or too in your face.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

For me as a 3rd Line Engineer and someone who oversees the Desks and manages Engineers, Ninja just gives us all the tools and enables us to do our job so much more quicker and easily compared to predecessing RMM tools. The Dashboard first of all is very clear and informative and very easy and simple to use. It is not cluttered and displays all your relevant alerts exactly where they need to be. The integration process was also very simple, its literally one click of a button of installing an agent. If you use RMM, then its simple to automate and deploy this as of apposed to other RMM tools which are clunky, stop responding and break so often!

#### Cons

There are a few bits and bobs missing from Ninja, for example TeamViewer automatic integration and deployment on MAC(s) but after discussion with my great Account Manager he pushed this forward to Development, as he always does with anything that I think would be great to be added to Ninja. Its fantastic as pretty much at all opportunities my requested features I have seen been added so they are very responsive and do listen to Administrator needs.

#### Reasons for choosing NinjaOne

The integration and the way everything worked at Ninja was great and just fit for us to seamlessly move over all of our customer devices easily. The support is also great and responsive, and also very friendly and helped us throughout the process. Fantastic all around

#### Reasons for switching to NinjaOne

I'm not fond of ConnectWise, I feel as if it has too much to offer, which is not a bad thing but in a lot of areas it is just underdeveloped, buggy, slow and clunky. So many things do not work and being very technically versed speaking to the support team a lot of the time just got no where.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5

#### Pros

I use NinjaOne's endpoint management as an MSP. Many of my customers depend on having a clean IT infrastructure with up-to-date security patches, etc. This is relatively easy to achieve with NinjaOne. The dashboard is relatively easy to use from both an administrative and customer perspective. Managing the endpoint management of a single device or even the entire organization is easy. Using the company's own Dojo, you can find many problems or issues that can be solved quickly without contacting a technician. However, if you do need to contact a technician, this is usually possible in a timely manner. Ticket management, if booked, is also easy to use and clear.

#### Cons

There is little negative to say here. However, if you do need help, competent contact persons are quickly available.

Overall, NinjaOne has been a really solid RMM tool. It saves a lot of time on day-to-day tasks and makes it easy to keep everything updated and healthy. It feels reliable, and it’s taken a lot of stress out of managing multiple systems.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I really like how simple NinjaOne is to use. The interface is clean, and it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it. The automation is a big time-saver — patching, scripts, and software installs just run smoothly in the background. I also appreciate how stable the remote access is, and their support team is genuinely helpful when you need them.

#### Cons

The reporting side could be better. I wish there were more options to customize reports, especially for clients who want something branded or a bit more detailed. The mobile app works, but it’s definitely not as full-featured as the desktop version.

My experience with NinjaOne has been largely positive. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage devices and support clients remotely. It offers strong automation tools and reliable monitoring, which have helped streamline many day-to-day operations. While there are some limitations, such as the need for more customizable reporting options, the overall performance, responsiveness, and support from the NinjaOne team have made it a valuable asset in my tech toolkit.

The company I worked at used NinjaOne for a while, and it was great, however, it lacked features that aren't critical, but nice to have. It was also quite a bit more expensive than some other RMM solutions.

NinjaOne is extremely easy to use, has robust automation features, responsive customer support, and comprehensive remote management.

#### Cons

Some cons of NinjaOne are its limited integration options, feature gaps, and it's a little pricey.
