Over all it's a great tool showcasing our project list, status of project and employee availability and value. The app is not have any glitches and it easy to navigate through.

Business problem was having a platform to collaborate on resource allocation, and not relying on one individual to quarter back in their head.

Lack of manpower forecasting, however this tool is still very new and in early days, and there's a lot to look forward to.

The exported reports are somewhat limited in the amount of detailed information they display. Often you are limited when reviewing the reports on paper away from the computer.

Fantastic punchlist software and with inspection list capabilities it allows us to be more proactive with QA/QC.

Customer service has been fast and effective. They don't give away this software, but it's well worth the yearly cost.

It's wonderful for us to store all of our project information in one single place for easy reference.

The product is very user friendly for anyone, it has saved our company major time with aligning resources and tracking personnel for our growing company.

Initially their were limited reporting functions.

The Gantt chart is also a great visual tool to help understand where resources are deployed and for how long.

This is a great tool if you want to track your manpower in an easy to use, central location, that many people can update.

At times the apply/accept buttons are cut off at the bottom and you don't realize it until you scroll down.

The ease of use and intuitive nature of the software makes implementation and support almost a hands-off process.

Customer support has been topnotch- quick thorough responses and an eager willingness to take user input and develop new solutions and make minor adjustments.

The software has greatly improved our visualization and real time updating of staffing changes which are common in our industry.

Overall, it has been a good experience and we are happy with our purchase.

The customer service has been wonderful. We have suggested many ideas for improvement and most of them have been implemented.

Paycom is an efficient and user friendly HRIS system that includes applicant tracking, on-boarding, payroll, and HR metrics. This is a wonderful, cost friendly tool for small non-profits.

I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.

While there is cons, I still like it. Is a great way to do my log records at my own comfort.

This software is limited in the sense that when you are trying to do bulk  uploading for time cards it will not let you do it if it's towards the end of a pay period.

Paycom pays their sales team and integrations people based on the success of the company they are selling to.

The fact we have had the same payroll error were the system doesn't pull in employee raises 4 TIMES in a row and the problem is not fixed.

I like how easy it is to review my employees timecards. The setup is easy to use and never have to reach out for support.

I very quickly realized that this system was not going to work for our team and moved to cancel our account and the customer service was pretty awful, going all the way up to upper management.

I can rest easy knowing that things will always be resolved timely. The interface is user friendly and Paycom is always making updates to make things even easier.

The only problem I have is going  back to add hours, if I forgot to clock in/out.

I can view my paystubs and make changes to my information as well. There are features we don’t use yet like mileage tracking which is awesome.

Paycomm ease of use, customer service and costs is why we chose them and keep them.

The Mobil app is super easy to use. They are also very trust worthy.
