As an HR leader, I have always wanted to have a HCM platform that provides payroll, HR, time tracking and talent management all in one platform; and Paycom does that. #### Cons The intergration process started off rocky. A couple of key players in our integration team left which put us behind. We then had to invest more time in getting our new team player up to speed and on track. #### Reasons for choosing Paycom We went with Paycom due to it's single Database and onboarding & certification tools. #### Reasons for switching to Paycom Financially it did not make sense. Our specialist knows us and understands our needs. For the most part, I feel it is also rather user friendly, and it's all one system. You are not importing from or exporting materials to other systems. #### Cons The onboarding process was not ideal but implementing any new system to not perfect. Our business is fund driven and that created some issues as well. #### Reasons for switching to Paycom Paycor had several different pieces they were using to try to do the one single source product that Paycom has. One of the biggest benefits has been how Paycom helps us stay organized. We've transitioned all of our employee documentation processes into the Performance Discussion Forms, creating a centralized and consistent way to manage records. As a healthcare organization with numerous certifications and licenses to track, the Certification Management Dashboard has simplified the process and helps ensure employees stay current and compliant. I have worked with HRIS systems my entire career, including the 3 letter big name and similar systems and this by far is my favorite. #### Cons A bit of a learning curve, but the interface is pretty self explanatory.
