At first they were helpful and pleasant. That didn't last long. They pulled payroll from one client twice. Didn't pay taxes they withheld. Filed returns late. When we cancelled they didn't remit the funds that they held for 940s that they had collected. After several complaints, they told me that they had sent the money back to the client in "February". In April, my clients had not received anything. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Cons: Hard to choose just one thing.
