The ability to view my past pay stubs and submit requests for time-off are also two features that i greatly appreciate. While it could be better, it generally provides what i need. The barista at work has been yelling my drink orders at me literally right behind my head. Our account rep jessica responds quickly if anything goes wrong. Managers can easily pull up the contact information or employee schedule via the app rather than calling me. I am happy to say that the data stays organized and never crashes. #### Cons The help section is absolutely terrible. All the pdf’s are worthless to me, i simply want short videos (that i can pause) while trying to correct an issue. Searching for a certain type of report takes an outrageous amount of clicking through screens and the search function is horrible. They continue to “update” the menu just to give it a new look and feel and consequently, i lose where the buttons were located previously. They are pushing this ai feature that only refers back to help articles that no longer exist. I would like them to allow us to hide older checklists as there are so many of them and it causes confusion among employees. Before Rippling we had multiple systems for payroll, HR and IT access and none of which communicated with each other so when a person left the company, there would be multiple systems to manually turn-off. Once a person is hired, they create all necessary paperwork (e.g. e-signatures), tax documents, etc. They have also made it possible to have all of the employee information in one place (payroll, HR, IT) rather than using multiple systems that did not interact. #### Cons For us, it's the price structure. Everywhere I've read says it costs $8/employee; however, this is based on Rippling doing only "HR" functions. If you add payroll, etc., the actual cost will show up after speaking with your sales representative.
