If only I knew about ClockInEasy earlier. Before I spent ridiculous amount of money on software and hardware that was expensive and primitive.

Clockineasy is a great help to our company. I use it on a daily basis and it has saved me a lot of time and continues to do so.

Overall, reallly like this software. The feature rich software makes time tracking and payroll easy for both our employees and our payroll.

We liked the software because not only was it user-friendly but extremely intuitive.

No need to look for instructions and tabs to figure out where to go next. We like this but most importantly our contractors like the ease of using the software as well.

I signed up based on a recommendation from a labor law attorney friend. It got set up pretty quickly and appears to comply with all DoL requirements.

The software was great to use. What did it for me was my account exec [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN.

It works for our small business, the employees like it. It works much better than Homebase, what we were using previously.

Well, when running a business free doesn't always get you what you want. The free trial is really nice as it allows you to put the app into use on the job to see whether it offers the right solution.

Doesn’t come in in different languages so a worker who doesn’t read or speak English has an extremely hard time using. Or at least tells you he can’t use it).

If you do not archive employees after they leave the company you get charged for them. Even if they didnt use the app during the billing period.

I love ClockInEasy software and would like to  purchase it at the end of my trial. Just as long as the Project feature works accordingly when it comes to detect my employees' location.

NO direct sync to my payroll processor but we use the csv file and it works.

Option to separate the paid sick days or paid vacation days besides a note.

The program is easy to use and tweak to our needs, and provides an easily accessible snapshot of our time tracking information. Overall, highly recommend using this software for time tracking.

More comfortable travelling and spending time away from my stores because I have a. Clear idea of who is there and when.

More importantly though it gives me more info about the cost of the job  so I can manage my employees better.

Clock in Easy is just the software we were looking for. Easy for our employees  to download to their phones and very easy to use.

It is user friendly and cost effective way of tracking time.

The support team was key in our. Adoption of the software they made sure on boarding was coordinated and easy.

It’s nice that it’s web based so there isn’t much involved in getting people suing it. The user end is pretty easy to use.

Sometimes editing the segments when missing clocking in or out can be confusing.

There are times when employees have trouble punching out due to the sensitivity. This can be changed but they still have issues at times.

The user manual is excellent as well. In over 7 years I have only needed to call tech support once.

Overall, support is great. The product is solid and my clients like the reports they can generate about their employees time.

Editing staff's errors and or missed clock ins. Adding staff's missing clock in.

Its user Friendly, great reports, easy to navigate, make edits, additions. Great support team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

On a few occasions software was slow to load or did not load at all. May have been a problem locally.

We used several budget solutions that didn't work correctly.

I was not properly explained how licensing was charged, invoiced, given no explanation of charges when you ask and the money was withdrawn from my account.

What I like most about TimeClock Plus is the numerous punching choices and the integrations that we can do.

The software itself works DECENT but again the customer service, lack of effort or personalization you receive is thee worst I've experience working with vendor.

My overall experience has been very positive and  works great.

We have been able to get very good job cost information.

I use it everyday and it is quick and easy to keep track of my time at work.

What I like most about TimeClock Plus is the IOS app. I can quickly and easily clock in and out and view as well as verify my hours.

The employees, all of them, remind me of a family that enjoys spending time together whether it is work or having fun and their customers always come first.

Seamless Integration with our ERP - Infinite Visions has been a big labor saver. The ease of the use of the product for end users is pretty good, with a modern, well designed UI.

Overall we have a good experience with TCP and their customer support is very good.

I like how easy it is to use. I can clock in and out on a computer or phone.

This was a huge upgrade from using timesheets made in Excel. The reporting features are especially great.
