  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.
  • That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.
  • Cons

  • It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.
  • We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.

  • Great customer service, quick response and follow ups to make sure that we are happy with the outcome.
  • It is a very 'pretty' package which helps when we are presenting it to clients on how we can use this too to meet their requirements.
  • Cons

  • The back end system is sometimes difficult to get the type of reports we wanted. However Ben and his team have allways developed and implemented what ever reporting we required.
  • Multiple inactive users throughout the day which might be due to having bad reception on site.
