  • Pros

  • I am often blown away with how Justworks follows up with tools for me to use and to make sure I had my questions resolved. I also appreciate that I can take care of my team all in one place.
  • They are constantly evolving and rolling out more benefits to their customers. In addition, their customer support is some of the best I've experienced.
  • Cons

  • I don't think there are any features missing from Justworks.
  • The Help and Support are useless, they direct me to unrelated articles. I get too many emails - it is hard to determine when I need to act or when it is spam in disguise.

  • The simplicity of connecting with students along with the data to measure success of each event, is extremely helpful when reviewing the ROI of events when deciding on outreach strategies.
  • I also really loved that it provided a complete view of all resumes, allowed me to pause and draft summary notes, and selected when I was available to continue chatting.
  • Cons

  • It was a little annoying to have to type in an introductory paragraph every time I logged on.
  • The inability to leave communication with a candidate early.
