Keka for a bad experience for our company. Would not recommend it to anyone.

It is overall a very good experience and I find it very user friendly.

Overall I satisfied with Keka because everything covers in one plateform.

Keka covered so much ground in Human resource - both recruitment and generalist, they're top 99% for response rate and usability. And the name - well deserved and justified.

There are no such cons from my usage so far. Only thing is that if I forget to stop my time tracking by mistake, then I cannot off it by my mobile phone app.

It really improves the employee experiences. I love the remote login feature most.

The only thing I didn't like in keka is, it's not working and I'm facing the problem at least once a week.

So many options for compression. It's nice to go into the advanced settings and customize nearly every aspect of compression.

And if you contact the customer service for help, they don't know how to help you.

This is very simple to use. Tax calculator is superb.

Recruitment - The two problems I face with Keka hire is not having the option of sending trigger emails which are customized for each stages of the hiring process.

I first of all found the UI of software very clumsy, it is very clear no doubt , but it is very populated and use of animal characters in UI like elephant in leave management seems very childish.

With a very competitive price range, it gives a great deal of features to work with. Here are few things I like about Keka.

Gives breakdown and calculation logic behind tax calculation. Easy interface to input investment declarations.

Keka is a must use HR software for every company. The payroll system in it is amazing as tax deductions and calculations have been made easy.

Customization is good; it allows you to meet your company's and its users' needs. In this case, KEKA provides software we can customize to fit our current needs.

Love the way their software resolve lot of our pen and paper work and main delight was working with their support team, They had helped me a lot while migrating to cloud payroll.

Keka has some features missing such as workflow management system and files management system.

Our cloud storage at box.com is limited to files under 5gb. Because we often have InDesign source files larger than this, we have to split the archives in order to store them in the cloud.

No self serve set up and onboarding is extremely time consuming. Further there's no way to use parts of the product before wider rollout.

I am pleased with my overall experience with Keka. It is easy to use and stay connected with my team members.

No way to use a subset of features. Onboarding requires filling 25 sheets even if you are looking to use a subset of features.

Leave management is awesome. The tax and payroll module is also nice and integration with clear tax is great.

Keka makes this super easy and is very reliable with great 7zip compression among other multi-part file splitting formats.

Sometimes our employees find it difficult to navigate through the payroll information.

Movement of employee from registration to inactivation & to exit is very easy to handle. We are getting tons of different reports in desired formats according to our need on single click.

Employees can understand it's features easily. As for employer they are able to track and mark employees attendance at sitting in their office which is really good.

Overall experience depends on day to day usage. In day to day usage employees are facing problem on the mobile phones to punch the attendance.

Sometimes it stuck and hang. Employee face trouble many times.

There is no option for group attendance/amending in case of missed punch in normal paid software, even for this one need to pay. I may not renew this software in future.

Product is easy to use, idea and the concept is very good. Though the price is bit erpensive.

It's useful software but ours is a very small company and we are interested in the attendance and salary calculation of the employees with this software.

Some of the features only work in online mode. We should be able to store reports in offline to review as and when required.

The main frequency of the problem lies in the location attendance. Candidates not able to Punch many times due to Flaws in camera and location.

My experience was awesome, I was looking for attendance app on play store. Fortunately for me Ubi app turned out to be the best that meet up with my expectation and gave me more features.

It is the worst experience. I would like to apply for the refund.

It was good however they can improve a lot in their features and most important customer service that they provide.
