While the software is decent for basic use, poor support, lack of transparency, and unresolved refund commitments have negatively impacted our trust. Customer requests are not seriously considered or resolved. During the demo, key software limitations were not clearly communicated, which created a mismatch between expectations and actual functionality. There are major communication gaps—calls are often not answered, and even after raising tickets, there is no proper follow-up. In some cases, calls get disconnected without any callback. If we miss a call due to being busy, the team simply sends an email instead of reconnecting or scheduling a convenient time. Also, no suitable time is provided when tickets are raised.
