  • Pros

  • NICE offers the ability to integrate most communication channels in to a single agent interface.
  • The most important thing that I like about this software is that it is tracking everything you do.
  • Cons

  • When there is an outage it can be very difficult as the whole system typically fails at the same time. This has been very rare fortunately.
  • Nothing at this time that I dislike about this software.

  • Simple features that can be modified to the specific needs of a company. It looks good and is easy for all users - a huge time saver.
  • I have always had amazing support with the TimeOffManager. This was the first purchase I ever made for my company and I am really happy with it.
  • Cons

  • It's inability to cater to very specific needs.
  • Too many errors with multi-day requests so days off are requested to be one at a time to avoid wrong totals to balance.
