ATS to track yourr progress

It was a good experrience as I am able to gather all the profiles in 1 place and it is making my job of managing the whole process easierr.

PROS

Parser is one I liked the most. It is very accurate and fetches most of the information accurately

Excellant Product & Recruiter friendly Interface

PROS

Pyjama HR solves a big gap in the Talent Acquisition Process by using Augmented Intelligence. ATS makes it much easier to manage the candidates now. Job posting responses is way better relevancy than any other platform with the help of options given to use filters. this is a slick system and a great way of analyzing potential candidates. The system is simple to use and extremely effective

Good free tool for beginner NOT for a large scale set-up

Not Great, I paid for customization which was not delivered in timelines promised. I had to follow-up for a months to get 1 feature rolling which is not function after roll-out. I would not recommend it to any Mid or large employers

Job posting feature is good it connect with multiple job boards which gets you a good traction on applications

CONS

Except job board everything like UI, Parsing, Interview scheduling, to Customer Support and so on is not worth.. Good for beginner and not for a matured or start-ups

Best ATS in the market

I am using Pyjama HR since we started the company and I am going to continue to use it for a long time. It is simple, easy and convenient to use.

Suitable Tool for Start ups

overall, it is a helpful tool which has most of the advanced and important features a company would require. we are happy with PyjamaHR and have started saying no to other sales calls we receive from HRMS/ATS providers

PyjamaHR is a free forever tool. doesn't have to worry about cost, it gives a breathing space for companies who is their early stage of business.

CONS

it doesnt have the facility to allocate the resumes to team members, all the resumes can be accessed by all the team members which some times creates confusion (more than 2 recruiters in my team calls the same candidate on the same day)

Gamechanger but budget friendly

PyjamaHR is Recommended from my side to all recruiters especially.

Amazing just one word! Very good portal for recruiters.

PROS

As i being in HR team it was very much useful for me, time saving and we get everything at one pace , we get candidates from different portals consolidated here. and moreover we even get to know based on our JD it also ranks candidates wether he/she is highly recommended or has less skills. Basically i personally belive from my exp of using it, is very handy easy to use and very good a must have for all the recruiters out there.

Seamless User Experience

My overall experience is best with PyjamaHR

PROS

I like PyjamaHR the most because it streamlines and simplifies HR processes, making my job easier. Its user-friendly interface, efficient task management, and comprehensive features save me time and reduce administrative burdens, allowing me to focus on more strategic HR tasks. It's AI detection of Resume make alot difference to me and simplifies my work alot and make a good experience to me.

CONS

As there is nothing to hate about this portal but I do have a suggestion that they have to improve their site opening like if we are going to open PyjamaHR from wifi network it mostly show error and on the other side we tried to open that site from mobile network it got connected. So from my experience overall everything is good except this.

Good Platform to Complete Hiring Needs

I have been using this platform for 2 months, initially I wasn't happy with the services because I feel that it is just for the promotion purpose and I will not get the candidate, but after some days I get good response from candidates and some of them also come for the interview as well.
