  • Pros

  • The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.
  • On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.
  • Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.

  • Customizeable, very easy to use, great support team.
  • This isn't the best NGO management software out there, but it is definitely the best option at it's pricing tier. It enables overall management of the many moving parts of an NGO.
  • Cons

  • Some features such as the Dashboard, seem limited/ aren't as intuitive.
  • Some of the base areas of the software that are not changeable. But it is so minor that I hesitated even mentioning.
