Having several options also helps with it's user friendliness, you can get to the same destination from different paths and not break anything in the system while doing so.

RSS has been a customer of Foothold Technology since 2008. Foothold delivers an efficient and cost effective product for a variety of program types.

We also find the HelpDesk people to be very accommodating when they can, and the new HelpDesk feature (using email) has been great so far.

Our overall experience with AWARDS has been positive. Our implementation specialist was wonderful, as was our temporary support person who assisted us with reviewing survey results with management.

We were able to develop an acceptable work-around, but it delayed the roll-out by a month or two.

Is helpful in streamlining the overall process for all users. We share ideas, forms, best practices, and sometimes resources.

Foothold technologies pushed AWARDS to keep up with those requirements at a reasonable cost.

Having to constantly use backdating is a bit annoying but that may be part of our individual account, I'm not sure as I'm not an administrator for it.

The Foothold/AWARDS staff are responsive and great to work with. Overall ease of use is great.

Tickler messages are sent to each staff warning them of upcoming service plans or other assessments that are due for clients on their caseload.

There are customizations that you can create for your own purposes. The team is easy to speak with and I appreciate that they really have a focus on quality.

Although the site is accessible from a mobile device, it is difficult to navigate the site on a small mobile devices while in the field.

Again, the support we have received from our configuration consultant and the Foothold help team has been instrumental in our success.

AWARDS is an easy to use, comprehensive tool designed for human services organizations.

The support team at Foothold is very responsive and helpful. The system is pretty user friendly as well and the reporting feature is fantastic.

All items related, no need to enter the same information twice for a client.

I appreciate the ease of use with AWARDS, it has kept up with the changes in regulatory systems over our years of using the software.

Following our implementation phase, we were assigned a senior consultant whom we quickly discovered is equally responsive and helpful.

Currently there is a lot of data manipulation to capture the same information.

Most of all, I like the fact that Qualifacts Support is always ready to help you out and give you guidance for any questions or issues that you face.

Biling is difficult, reporting is a little slow and often reports have to be combined to get accurate information.

Ability to customize the product/forms, general ease of use is pretty good.

The training to get a clinician ready to provide care and effectively document services is fairly easy and allows even new staff to start working with consumers quickly.

Very positive experience with Carelogic. Most every aspect of switching to it from our previous system has been a positive.

The customer service and support has been amazing. So wonderful to  have this from company.

It could also have more detailed reports for revenue reporting. Need services to be able to be broken down into further details and more options.

CareLogic presented itself as easily modifiable, which sounds wonderful and has been beneficial when we need to create a specific form for a specialized program.

If the tickets can be answered by the first responding team, they get answered quickly. If they have to be escalated to Tier 2 or 3, it's awful.

This is an easy to use electronic health record that lends itself to behavioral health services. Generally the end users all agree that it is user friendly.

Reporting is limited, at times confusing and sometimes innacurate.

The reports vary from moderate to very slow to generate, which is especially frustrating when trying to close the GL every month or run reports for analysis.

Major cons are system latency and limited canned reporting. Pentaho is integrated with the system however creating reports is not easy.

Currently we find that we are unable to meet many of the Federal programs due to the delay or lack of functionality.

We love the fact that we can pull great data from the system in report form and be able to submit those directly for grants.

I had so many client on my caseload during the 15-16 months that I used this program, it was difficult to remember names and dates.

I can say that deleting information was a bit difficult once information was entered in, so this was the only negative.

Not only does the system fail to communicate on the back end, it typically requires a minimum of 8 + clicks to navigate anywhere within the system.

The ability to integrate the IMPACT assessment module directly into the treatment planning process is fantastic.

Excellent company with a true eye out for the endusers, industry, and the product they have built and sell.

Occasionally system crashes leaving users confused. Configurable forms are hard to maintain.

Great software that will improve efficiency and lower costs for your company.

Due to its lack of integration, the user must comb through many documents to obtain necessary information such as past medications, allergies, medical history, and labs.

We have been with them since 2013 and overall the value is good.

Snagged often, problems often, customer service was somewhat dependent on the day.

I had a good experience working with care logic enterprise.

I takes a lot of keystrokes to do most tasks which leaves more margins for mistakes and the reports a pretty bad.

Very good service upfront but once implementation is completed the customer service is lacking. As a whole it is a good product and I believe we made a good choice.

Features and ease of use have improved over the years since our implementation. Most of the billing and AR features work as intended.

CareLogic is the worst investment one can purchase for their company or practice. Fear this--yes because you got ripped off.

There a lot of improvements needed but that is true of all EHR products on the market as standards and practices are rapidly changing in this field.

Over the past twenty years that I have been working with EHR systems, Carelogic is by far the worst system that I have ever worked with.
