Pros
- It has saved me so much time from going into each company and trying it myself, they make it quick and user friendly.
- Used the management system along with the web site. The web site development team is fantastic.
Cons
- Terrible reporting features, not able to run birthdays with everything else. Bad customer support/on boarding and training.
- Obtaining accurate reports is very difficult. They are often broken and will timeout during download.
Pros
- Getting consultation at a lower cost is really useful. Particularly when you and family members are not covered under any insurance.
- Easy to use, provides information I need when I need.
Cons
- Lack of fingerprint login for the user. As the administrator, there were times where I will take longer than I thought to navigate the administrator end of the platform.
- There is no enough except report. There is no report to indicate how many of my customer has download the apps.
