They system frequently goes offline, sometimes for days, and this completely shuts down an agency.

The product itself is functional and easy to use.

Sometimes it will lag a little while typing and the screen will jitter while in the internal Internet Explorer browser.

The carrier integration is great, with the carriers that will download to it. I feel that the customer pipeline could use some work and be able to provide more features.

The software is super user friendly and Hawksoft's support staff is even more so.

Customer service is outstanding, the initial training for the system for our staff was very good...that was not my experience at all with AMS.

Unfortunately the company that runs the cloud service for Hawksoft does a poor job witch reflects poorly on Hawksoft.

When you are looking for a great business quote I always look first at velocity.

This is my second time attending the conference and have gained a lot of knowledge. One of my favorite parts was knowing a little more about the VRC team.

For the most part, the navigation is straight forward; it seems to meet the needs of our organization, although we are new users of the system.

There are certain tasks that are difficult to reverse, such as when a mistake is made when generating an invoice.

Most importantly, it is very quick to set up new business lines, needing minimal input from the VRC team, though they are always ready to advise and help.

The service we received from Velocity was top notch and I would say that's the best part of their company.

This is a product that has the ability to expand with your changing needs. A well thought out approach to your end solution is the best application of this software solution.

The carrier bundle is a package that can be added to the agency management system for rating and issuance functionality.
