It's a robust, comprehensive solution from a well-known and established supplier. They have great support and help for customization.

If you are  a big organization with multi location or multiple processes then this one is for you. But we careful of taking the cost and training requirement before proceeding.

All information (purchase requisition status, procurement status,financial information etc.) are easy accessible to the Project Manager and hence helps in expediting the projects.

Integration is often misunderstood. Having all the information available in real time immediately after inputting a transaction is key to understanding the current status of the business.

The billing side of toolwatch is awful and the software constantly breaksdown on us or doesn't sync across our multiple users. Find something else or build it yourself.

The software integrates with an industry standard construction software called Sage 300 CRE which makes it pretty seamless in keeping inventory.

They are getting more comfortable with the system and this has improved our ability to react to their needs. It has saved us processing time while improving our accountability.

From the moment I can implement this platform in my business, I have noticed a very significant improvement in the management of tools, equipment and materials.

ToolWatch Enterprise is a disaster. After thousands of dollars and months of setup, we will be changing programs.

The original sales person who sold us on the program added sections that we had no idea what they were for, but we were charged for.
