Sometimes it lags, and is a little slow when using the tracking feature to create geofences.

Sucks I should dump your service and get on the works.

Although we have many features on our software its difficult to understand all that's there and how to utilize it.

The recently updated interface made it much easier to keep track of where all our vehicles were at any given time.

Utilizing this equipment helps us maintain trust and establishes a direct line of connection with VDOT.

Nothing that I can think of that would be considered negative.

I use it for tracking, alerts, maintenance and many  more without any difficult, plus the customer support is the best.

What we are able to use seems pretty easy to use.

Definitely user friendly the features this program has are great.

Also, Crashboxx is a great solution but it does not provide primitive API functions that every SaaS product.

The biggest problem is many times the GPS goes off line and we only get old information which can make it very difficult to see what's happening with our entire fleet.

I sometimes click into the wrong menus since I use the software infrequently.

On the fly usage and Mobile ability. Great for tracking a large amount of vehicles.

It is an amazing tool that the state uses to track, verify information, and also to make sure safety is utilized in state vehicles.

The ability to update firmwares and config using batch updates and having realtime information about update progress is great.

I like the older system better. The older system worked flawlessly.

I have not noticed anything that is a downside to this software.

It used to be a good service but customer service is hard to navigate and almost non existent. I will be leaving CalAmp in the near future because of it.

API good coverage, features are potentially quite a lot.

I love that we are able to track our equipment and any given time of the day.

It works for the purpose that we intended it to (locating crews in an emergency). I think that there is a lot more we could be doing with it but we have not taken the time to learn it.

The updates keep making it worse than it was before.

My experience with CalAmp has been positive and reports are easy to use.

This product has many easy to use functions. It has great reliability and support.

It can be difficult to navigate as a new user.

These features help guide and track our equipment during snow removal.

For the most part it has been very helpful and allows us to see where all out drivers are and what they have completed at any time of the work day.

Overall our experience is very good. It's rare that the software would go down and customer service reps are super helpful and informative.

The increased filter options also allowed us to specify what we needed without having to sift through unnecessary information.

On the staff side, very user friendly. Much better than walkies and overhead announcements.

Also maybe putting a comment section in the drop down option for marking absent to type a specific reason in.

I love that parents can make adjustments to their child's schedule with ease and right on their phone.

There is no information for parents about the fact that they cannot change the main mode of dismissal (that the office has to do that). The Configuring Dismissal Time screen makes no sense.

I do not like how difficult it is to fix a dismissal mistake when a user accidentally dismisses a student. It is very challenging to get that student back into the que.

We are grateful for the security features PIKMY KID allows us to have in place.

PikMyKid made our after school pick-up move much more quickly and efficiently. Parents love the safety features and we love the ease of organized carpool.

The systematic process and ease of use for parents, teachers, and staff.

Customer service is awesome and very accommodating. They worked diligently with our school district's IT department to make it a complete success.

Love the ease of seeing who has put in and how they are going home.

Getting all the parents to buy-in and actually download the app AND announce their child every day is a struggle, especially when you have alternate family members picking up a child.

Tutorials are very helpful. Customer service has been very helpful.

PikMyKid support has been super helpful and timely in their responses to both me and and the parents at my school.

Overall, our experience has been positive. It took a good 2-3 weeks to figure out our overall procedure for dismissal to allow the product to work the best for us.

We have been extremely happy with pikmykid. Very easy to implement and administer.

It is easy to use and it is safer than our previous dismissal system.

With COVID and social distancing measures, we were unable to host formal training and suffered because of it. It was difficult getting parents on board and in the know of why/how to use the app.

Our parents love it and I love that it allows us to be efficient even during this unique school year.

Outstanding, firs our needs exactly and we are a school or close to 700 students with 3 dismissal times. Easy to learn, easy to teach parents, and most important, amazing customer service.
