Mobi2Go review
The first thing I have to say is that it has been a pleasant surprise, I was expecting a complex software, but it has been the opposite, during the time I have used the software I have not found any problem, I emphasize again the intuitive interface of the software both in the desktop version and in the app.
PROSThe first thing that stands out is the design of the interface, it is modern and intuitive, and does not require much time to learn how to use the software.
CONSOne thing I might add is that the creation of reports and statistics can be difficult for the average user to understand. In general no cons have been found.

Product Overview
It has been a fantastic experience and the product has so much functionality right out the box.
PROSIt is fully integrated to PAR PixelPoint and makes to flow in store seamless for multiple different types of business.
CONSWe haven not experienced any issues with the product to date.

Mostly because of product function but they also offer a fixed price monthly price and not a percentage of sales like some others.

Terrible for my needs!
The management has ignored my feedback and emails. They are quick to take your money but disappear when you have issues. Support staff is hit or miss. Delay in product upload can be sometimes 36-48 hrs. Mediocre support staff have caused errors in my system and resulted in having to correct and manually re-enter orders in Lightspeed. So many errors and issue since I signed up over a year ago. This was definitely not the platform for my business & I wish their sales team would have been honest.

CONSSo many issues. Very limited for my needs. Cannot upload products myself due to French requirements. Cannot cap quantity of items. Cannot modify an order. Direct connection to lightspeed is faulty at times. Many clients have complained on how unintuitive it is to use. Reporting is very basic and hard to access. Issues with token key from Lightspeed causing manual corrections. This system is not at all suited for anyone who is not a big restaurant chain with unlimited resources or inventory.

Because Of the integration with Lightspeed. In fact it was Lightspeed who recommended them.

Covid account setups
Would definitely recommend using Mobi 2 Go fto a friend or colelague. Once you have worked on the setup of one account it means you are across the process for all accounts int he future.
PROS[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] made it easy to understand what was needed from us as a business to have an account setup and launched on an extremely short timeline. The software is a simple step by step framework which is incredibly user friendly.
CONSWhile the template allwos the software to be user friendly, this means that it cant cater for one off requirements where shops may have apoint of difference (introducing comment sections where needed for added notes, or integrating with a specific supplir - NZ Post)

Terrible… I’ve lost so much money because of their service!

CONSService used to be good… but now they are terrible with constant issues and no action taken to fix integration issues with Lightspeed. Their fixes actually make things worse and no one cares!

Great tool to develop your business
Very happy and pleased with how it has turned up and will recommend to any business who is looking to take their business to next level.
PROSIntegration to my existing POS Systems was a big benefit. Providing the payment gateway at such an affordable rate is another big plus. The system is very customer focused and is very easy to navigate for a beginners. The fees for the whole business set up is very very reasonable and the amount of work the guys put in is commendable.
CONSSetting up of menu is a little complicated but it works perfectly fine.

Recommend anyone else.
PROSThis is extremely difficult to use software with no graphical user interface. There are numerous better options out there. Updating prices/menus do not push properly.
CONSSometimes menu items are free. Sometimes menu items are lower than they should be.

Useless software
Nice desgin for the end user but nothing else.
CONSReally they takes 4% of total sales and software is from the 1990s. Nothing works or changed when you make a change in their own software. Support is not helpful at all, they just make it worse or keep sending you help articles which are useless as they are outdated

Terrible Customer Support
Extremely poor quality operations and customer support
PROSSoftware seems useful if it functioned as intended
CONSExtremely buggy, the integrations promised were not functioning at any point, customer service was next to useless.

Mobi2go experience
I am able to have a greater online presence, as customers will come to my website more often. Secondly, i have increased the efficiency in the kitchen with less phone orders.
PROSThe printer is my favourite, as it speeds up the process in my restaurant. I don't need to worry about answering the phone to get an order, as everything, including payment is done online.
CONSThere is no phone support, however they are respond quite quickly through email.
