  • Pros

  • It is very easy to use and navigate. I would recommend this portal to other paralegals.
  • The calendar is great too. This is miles above any other legal software I have used.
  • Cons

  • It can be difficult to use data for reports, where some data does not interact usually within the system. It's necessary on our end to use other software to review statistics and to report.
  • Options for integration with accounting and invoicing software is fairly limited. Learning curve is a bit steeper than other cloud based systems.

  • I enjoy how easy Curo makes it to input and track my billable hours. It helps keep me on track each month.
  • I could go on about the features that I like, but the best part is with a bit of training I can customize my views and see only what I want to see. From an AR prospective this is amazing.
  • Cons

  • I often click on data that is tied to a record of some sort and the record opens up to display all of its information, and that can be obnoxious.
  • The think I dislike about Curo is the navigation to see what a client has paid, what they owe, what they have in trust, and etc. It is difficult to understand the accounting side.
