A great texting system with excellent customer support
[sensitive content hidden] are the people we have been dealing with and they are super professional and very committed to helping us become successful. I have worked with lots of software, SaaS, and support teams over the years and I can honestly say that Emitrr has a top-level team in place. very responsive to our needs, which are probably somewhat unique in that we are a local government helping Children a nd families in our community. We serve an area of 1.4 million people, so texting is an important part of our outreach. I highly recommend Emitrr to any organization.
PROSThere are several things I like about Emitrr: 1) they have built a powerful, easy to use web interface. 2) The onboarding of our staff and contacts was excellent 3) Any issues we have had were addressed immediately and professionally by Emitrr staff 4) they are improving the product on an ongoing basis
CONSNothing bad to say about Emitrr. For a government agency of 45 staff and about 14 additional staff at our Family Resource Centers, texting thousands of people every month is a complicated process in itself. Emitrr has worked with us closely to iron out any issues we have had. Thank you!

Zipwhip was bought out and at EOL. We looked at dozens of alternatives and then found Emitrr. It was a perfect fit for us, with a smooth transition as far as the interface. The pricing was good and they are able to work within our government requirements for invoicing and payment.

Finally! A Great HIPAA Compliant Texting Platform
First and foremost, the platform's compliance with HIPAA regulations provides peace of mind. Safeguarding client information is of the utmost importance, and this platform has made it so easy to implement a channel for confidential communication. Customer support is another area where this platform shines. The support team has been responsive and knowledgeable, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns that arose during implementation and use.
CONSOne of the primary issues I encountered was the inability to add or modify contact information. The platform provided limited fields for basic details such as name and phone number, but I found it frustrating that there was no option to include additional information without importing it from a spreadsheet.

Pricing was more competitive, we could add more users without significantly increasing the pricing, and the other alternative products did not have a Zapier connection

Emitrr makes it easy for our team to communicate with our customers via text messages.
In a world where people rarely answer phone calls, texting through Emitrr allows for effective and efficient communications with our customers. I cannot imagine operating our business without it!
PROSEmitrr makes it easy for our team to communicate with our customers via text messages. We love that everyone has access to see and respond to customer communications. We use it in the office daily and our technicians also use the app in the field so that all communication comes from the office number and customers do not get their personal phone numbers.
CONSI cannot think of any cons with Emitrr. When we have had any issues or questions their customer support team has been quick to get us an answer!

Best customer service and great software!
[SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team have been super attentive and try to accommodate all of my company's needs. They keep improving the software and add features upon demand. The software on the computer has all the features and the mobile has slightly less, so definitely recommend using it on the computer as an admin, but has all the features needed on mobile if you are on the go.
CONSThe yeam keeps improving constantly so I am sire they will have all the features necessary.

A Powerful Business Tool to Engage with Customers
I like the willingness of Emitrr to take suggestions and quickly turn them around into product features. They are constantly evolving the product and making it better by the day.
CONSThe only issues we have encountered have been address by the development team. We have had some issues with our data that was imported, but not major enough to impact business.

Overall we have had a great experience so far. We are on this platform continuously for 10 hours each day, so the functionality and efficiency is really important for us to keep our business running smoothly. There was definitely a transitional learing curve, and a few bugs we are waiting to be worked out on the back end, but overall it is great! :)
PROSOur favorite features are the ability to assign conversations and to close them. This keeps everything so organized with such a large amount of messages coming in all day.
CONSThere are some tweaks that we would like to see, just little bugs worked out here and there, but every time we mention something, it is quickly fixed or we are told that it is in the works of being fixed, so the developers are really on it to make sure that this product meets the needs of its users.

PROSTransitioning from another platform to Emitrr has been such a relief for our program! The ease of use is exceptional - we are able to do what we were doing before in a fraction of the time. The features are very useful to us, and although we have plenty of options to communicate with our center members. Customer Support is absolutely wonderful. Indrani, Deep and Anmol are prompt, responsive, adaptable and friendly. They are always there when we have questions and need support.
CONSSome of our texts were sending in the wrong order - for instance, if we were sending an English message with English calendar, along with a Spanish message and Spanish calendar, sometimes these individual items would deliver out of order. However, this is not a big deal.

2 Minutes Downtime
The nature of our business demands from us that we keep in touch with our drivers and customers at any part of the day, and we are able to do so with Emitrr.
PROSDue to our previous software shutdown, our organization was forced to find alternatives for text messaging, Nova Lines liked the wide spectrum of features available for us to transition painlessly to Emitrr. Text messaging is easy to use due to its user-friendly interface and good organizational back-end of the contacts. The downtime for releasing the lines and transition was short enough since we are a 24/7 working business. Customer Support and our Rep([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) is taking care of any incoming inquiries and connecting through an instant meeting to assist.
CONSYou can't use as of now the customizable screenshot tool in-app(however, we are waiting for dev's to add this functionality)

Emitrr is a great choice for nonprofit organizations
One of the things that sets Emitrr apart from other services we considered is the amazing customer service. When we had trouble setting up a text campaign, three of their employees helped us, and their whole team worked very hard and very quickly to solve the problem and implement the campaign. Every question I asked was answered. They really went out of their way to be helpful and kind. This was especially comforting to me as a new user without much technical knowledge. I felt/feel that they are always willing and ready to go out of their way to serve their customers. I highly recommend them.
PROSThe dashboard is simple and easy to use. The tools contained therein opened up a whole new world of communication to our medium-sized nonprofit organization. We just started using it, but were able to reach so many people directly, which we haven't been able to do before. We will also be using it for student communication, which we are very excited about. I also love how we are able to interact with our constituents much more easily.
CONSI can't think of any at this time... so far it is very easy to use.

Emitrr is a fabulous addition to the business
Emitrr was a fabulous addition to our business as it sent customers appointment reminders and followed up on the service. It used traditional text messages instead of any social media service for all its task completions, which helped us penetrate even those customers who have not yet adopted the smartphone culture.
PROSEmitrr is a fully automated intelligent assistant (almost like an actual human) for businesses in the local service. It can handle customer queries like service appointments, quotes, FAQs, etc.
CONSIn my experience, there are no downsides found with Emitrr and it works flawlessly.

The system is very user friendly. I love the ability to chat or call.
CONSThe set up of the actual number pad is fairly small. Also the star * key is not an option. I was prompted to press it for a call and it just was not present. I tried the other keys but they did not work.

Customer Service that you must offer to clients!!!!
Love it so far, and will recommend it soon in a Virtual Conference with lots of business owners so they can add this service.
PROSThe communication and customer service they offer, they listen to my concerns, fix any issues immediately, always great customer service, I have not stop making money even when I can not answer the phone.
CONSWish they would have a microphone to text when we are driving of can't write.

Emitrr is user-friendly, an intelligent design
Positive! What a great, user-friendly design.
PROSI love how simple the design is. Everything is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I appreciate that everyone in our office can see the messages that are sent, and that they can even be assigned to certain parties. We are able to work more quickly and efficiently due to this, if someone sees the text come in first, they can handle the response immediately.
CONSThe only complaint I have is that the yellow color does not contrast very much with the white, so sometimes it is a strain for my eyes to make out. It is a small problem though, as I do enjoy the bright color.

Amazing product
It's so convenient to have the option for patients to reach out to staff via text message at any time of day. The customer service is amazing.
CONSI have very few complaints, any time I have ever had complaints, their customer service team has been quick to respond and they always offer a workaround or completely fix the problem.

Great Value - Right Service at the Right Time
Our transition has been extremely smooth. The Emitrr team went overboard helping us to get situated and function as normal on their platform. They also helped us to understand all of the additional capabilities that Emitrr has to offer. We have just begun to scratch the surface with their product.
PROSWe shifted from ZipWhip to Emitrr. They did a fantastic job of knocking off the basic features and functionality of the software and service we had been using for the last 6 years.
CONSNot much. They are still working through some small bugs and are very responsive.

Felt closer to ZipWhip, spelled out an easier transition, came across as a bit more user friendly and pricing was somewhat better.

Awesome service!
We have seen the same results with Emitrr if not better for mass text campaigns at a much better price than the last platform we were using. The support team at Emitrr is very eager to listen to any feedback and has implemented changes that help us very quickly. They make us feel like we are their only customers with the quick response rate!
PROSThe website is easy to navigate. It is nice having options for one on one messaging as well as text campaigns on one platform. Being able to move all phone numbers from our organization is great.
CONSEmitrr has been working to add all features that we have asked that were lacking.
