Pros
- Absorb has made it easy to use their tool for both our internal and external customers. The ease of use provides the learner with a positive user experience.
- Along with ease of use, each window is crisply design to feel innovative and supportive.
Cons
- When assigning courses you can only assign to a whole or sub-department, you can exclude.
- My biggest disappointment was that that the multi-tenancy or segregating by departments did not function as we expected causing us to have to adjust our offering and prices for clients.
Pros
- Nobody jumps into the webfilter on to resolve an issue that isn't an immediate need. That quick response keeps end users happy which makes my day to day life easier.
- So when I need to be in the webfilter I don't always know exactly what im looking for or where it is. Using the quick chat feature has always resolved my issue in a timely manner.
Cons
- The filters are finicky. The most struggle I've had with Linewize is just getting websites either blocked or allowed properly.
- As a teacher, I NEVER know what websites are blocked for my students. I may create an entire lesson using one website which I find out after I have started my class is partially or wholly blocked.
