When assigning courses you can only assign to a whole or sub-department, you can exclude.

My biggest disappointment was that that the multi-tenancy or segregating by departments did not function as we expected causing us to have to adjust our offering and prices for clients.

Absorb has made it easy to use their tool for both our internal and external customers. The ease of use provides the learner with a positive user experience.

This is not the most intuitive product to use. It is not typo-friendly (which is bad for someone with dyslexia).

Along with ease of use, each window is crisply design to feel innovative and supportive.

It looks good, works well (has a few bugs they are actively working on), and does almost everything we need as a company.

Resources don't have a thumbnail- makes them look empty/incomplete. No place for text on the home dashboard.

Great ability to deliver bespoke courses to customers and internal staff. Easy to use and deliver amazing interactive learning experiences.

Ease of importing courses from various types of APIs.

Also, dashboards of repotting have various column options that make it difficult to see information in one place.

Absorb LMS is exactly what we needed to streamline our training deliver consistently and reliably. Learners love the ease of use and our admins love the reporting.

However, with their APIs and direct database connections we have succeeded.

Most of all, the people we have had the pleasure to work with from onboarding, professional services, account management, client success have all been absolutely wonderful.

It is a bit difficult to generate a filtered transcript. There are a lot of filters to choose from so it can be somewhat overwhelming.

Great Software, Suffers terribly from its customer service.

This LMS is the best or near the top of providers and tools if you use instructor-led and online learning. For the pricing, you won't find a better tool.

Easy to use with a straight forward interface.

All of the support team has been great to work with. The help desk tickets we have submitted have all been resolved in 24 hours or less.

On top of that their support is out of this world and I truly have never seen better documentation on troubleshooting and set up before.

LMS365 helps us to quickly manage and coordinate training out to our team, and supports how they want to work; in our case blending training in through Teams.

Exception reporting relies on Power BI, as the system reports are extremely limited (Supervisor is not included in any report, for example).

It literally installs in minutes and you are ready to go. Also I recommend if you are not IT savvy to just have the LMS365 Team help with the installation.

So it perfectly fits in our Microsoft Cloud centric strategy.

LMS365 can fit basic needs with O365, mid/advanced customers will need extensive Microsoft licensing.

Fantastic ease of use and statistics, navigation should be better.

So powerful and easy to use both as a learner and admin. Specially now that it is integrated with MS Teams that it is a wonder why companies that have Office 365 would not be suing it already.

The experience we have had with the LMS 365 platform is rooted in their support and listening to customer feedback. Whenever we have experienced any issues we have received excellent support.

Also, we highly appreciate the O365 integration and all the involved usage benefits (support, login, interfaces, ...).

Completing courses takes too long for employees, they are forced to go back in time and time again, because of the way that the systems completes courses.

Customer Support is a bright spot here, with their global team fielding questions quickly and thoroughly. Yet, there isn't much in the way of support for implementing the other tools you'll need.

For organizations that have basic AAD and Office 365 implementations that need features of a complete LMS, then LMS365 might be a frustrating choice.

Look and feel is very modern. Great intergration with SharePoint.

ELearningForce has some truly impressive case stories. ELearningForce make changes frequently, recently moving from 8 to 6 week cycles, and many of these improvements are for Teams integration.

There are a few small awkward situations where if you click the wrong arrow to advance content, it can jump to the end and mark that skipped content as read.

I am the admin in charge of setting up and configuring LMS365, it is intuitive, easy to use, responsive and quick.

Our staff find it easy to use and manage their own learning, and this helps them feel invested in.
