Pros
- I like how the workbenches make it easy to navigate to different areas without leaving the screen you're on.
- Workwise Role-Based ERP is simple ERP software that is easy to use.
Cons
- You have very limited options when printing as everything has to be pre-defined for email/faxing and your only option at time of printing is to by-pass those presets and choose a physical printer.
- The inability to edit invoices after they are processed is an issue for us. It doesn't support large projects with multiple purchase orders.
Pros
- Purchase order is very easy once it is set up.
- More users, more transactions and more parts have not bogged down the system. The seamless integration from accounting to purchasing to manufacturing to shipping is excellent.
Cons
- They have gotten real busy and i think customer service has suffered recently.
- Had trouble getting the shipping scanners to communicate with the software.
