AutoCAD is very easy and friendly in use, there is very easy command in AutoCAD which I love the most.

There is a problem of not having all the fonts available when downloading the program and the need to download other fonts separately in order to open some layouts, especially for Arabic fonts.

Its most important positive feature is ease of use and speed of learning by memorizing and understanding shortcuts.

I enjoy drawing in 2D and 3D and I especially enjoy creating building plans and this software is excellent for these purposes.

The software keys getting better and easier to use with multiple ways to use the software (online, desktop, mobile). The price can be prohibitive for those who only have occasional usage like myself.

I experienced program crash on my computer sometimes and it leads data&time loss for user.

Not a free version for small business or discounted price. Always auto-save problem and lost projects.

The biggest disadvantage of AutoCAD is that it comes with a lot of problems, which is to be expected from a tool that can do so much. It seems reasonable to me.

The line style selection can be confusing as the line style chosen may not reflect properly when exported. The cursor snapping options can be confusing/ bothersome sometimes.

MasterControl sends it out to appropriate staff and requests an electronic signature. The internal report writer is easy to use and presents real time data in seconds.

It does mean that MasterControl has helped our company with successful implementation of our Management System foundation that we continue to build on.

It is disappointing to have these bugs that there is not much to do but work it around. So you do not have a clear explanation of it and much nor less to do into preventing these issues.

As a large multi-location company with 1,300 end users, we have complete control over document management, training and error management.

The latest version, in fact, is quite user friendly. MasterControl also offers integrated database features that can be used for PM and Validation tracking.

Ease of use of the Batch Record designer tool  and integration to the Qx solution for al things QA (Deviation, Events, Change Control, ect.

I like that it is an established software used to control documents. Once you get the hang of it, it's quite easy to use.

It will be easy to integrate with our existing QMS system and user can easily build template.

The ease of use for the end user, the customizability of the software you are not limited to what they allow you to do, you have a good free range of features you can manipulate.

A lot of manual manipulation with the user's account has to occur to get this to work.

The Sales and Customer Service staff is amazing in every way, especially by being patient and courteous, but also extremely knowledgeable.

The MasterControl Customer Service and Technical Support is the best I have experienced with ANY vendor we have had over the years. MasterControl's success comes from its customer's success.

The 'Adobe' of eQMS: Extremely powerful functionality with a learning curve well worth the effort.

Overall I would recommend master control, I love how the system is layed out and how it makes document filing easy for our business and eliminating paper.
